Toby's POV

Ugh. Why does my head hurt so much? Where am I? I opened my eyes and saw that I was in the hospital. Last thing I remember was driving then out of nowhere I hit a tree. Now I'm here. Wait? If Im here where's Yvonne?

'You're up, isnt this a Deja Vu huh? a voice said. I turned my head and saw Jenna. What is she doing here??

"It is, what are you doing here" I asked feeling extremely uncomfortable. She put her cane down and sat back.

"I came to see how you were holding up" she smiled. I sat up and put the covers over me. 

"Where's Yvonne?" I asked. Just when she was about to say something the doctor came in.

"Oh I see you're up. How are you feeling?" the doctor asked 

"My head hurts but other than that I'm fine" I replied back

"Oh excellent" the doctor smiled

"Where's Yvonne?" I asked. The doctor frowned and sat on the edge of the bed. 

"I'm sorry but she didnt make it. We contacted her family, they will be down here soon. Again sorry for your lost" the doctor got up and left. I sat back against the bed and sighed

"What a shame Toby" Jenna sighed.

"Excuse me?" I snapped. 

"You're all alone. You have no one now" she said.

'What are you talking about?" I asked.

"Ever since you meet Yvonne, you isolated everyone from your life. Your dad, Lorenzo, Caleb, Spencer, Ezra even Emily. You have no friends. Just like before when everyone thought you killed Alison. You and Caleb aren't friends anymore since he confessed to leak that info about Yvonne. By the way it wasnt her" Jenna got closer to me "It was me" she smiled "You've even iced out Emily, one your best friends. You act like she doesnt even exist. You didn't even invited her to your engagement party. How sad. Lorenzo transferred to another state. And Spencer, poor Spencer" she shook her head. When she mentioned Spencer my eyes grew big

"Leave Spencer out of this" I growled

"You were so mean to her. Saying that it was better being friends when she was in D.C., punching her ex boyfriend. proposing to Yvonne, told Spencer you were building the house for her, then say you cant live without Yvonne- "Shut up" I said quietly " You kissed her goodbye then left her without any protection, you left her because she wasn't ready to start a family yet. She got cheated on by her ex with her best friend, and since she didn't have protection she's dead Toby." Jenna yelled

"You're lying Spencer isn't dead, I just saw her before I left" I yelled. 

'Oh really" Jenna said. She opened the curtains from the windows. When she opened them I saw the girls, Caleb, Macro and her parents and Mary sobbing. I listened closely

"A.D shot Spencer, I cant believe shes'-" Hey" I yelled as Jenna closed the curtains. She sat back down on the chair. I felt tears coming down my face.

"S-she's dead" I stuttered. Now my heart is really broken

"It's all your fault Toby, you're all alone now. No one is here for you, no one is here to support you, not even me. I just came here to make you feel bad. Now I'm off. Goodbye Toby." with that Jenna got up and left. I was all alone. Jenna is right. I have nobody.

3 hours later.

As time went by, I stayed in bed. I didn't eat, I couldnt sleep. I just kept on thinking about what Jenna said. Spencer is dead. I can't believe it, I would never thought Spencer would be the one to die first. She's always thinking of others before herself
