"Oh Shelly, would you mind calling Max for dinner?", Cindy turned and looked at me.

No wait no! Is she kidding?

Oh no! I think she is being serious!

"Uhh-mmm--uhh-okay!", I nodded and walked upstairs, searching for Max's room. Stupid me! I should have asked Cindy which one is Max's room but anyway, I don't think it would be that big of a deal.

And I was right!

Do you know how I recognised it almost immediately?

Just when I reached the last steps up, I noticed a door at the very end of the hallway and it had a poster saying 'keep out'! Very typical! I knocked on it several times but no one answered.

Why is he taking so long? I wondered and tried to listen for any noise behind the monster's door. I turned the door knob and you wouldn't believe it! The door opened! Like really!

Who would have thought that the bad boy can be careless like that?

Someone could easily murder him or steal his things!

But then, who would dare do something to St-Xavier's bad boy?

I walked in and looked around. Max was nowhere to be found! Where is he!

Yeah, I know! I have walked directly into the dark cave where a certain monster can jump out at any second and kill me right away! Okay, maybe I am exaggerating a little bit. But, if you were in my place right now, you would have been scared as hell!

Why did I even came up here to call him for dinner?

At first, I did not want to come and call him but if this wasn't about his mom asking me to call him down for dinner, I would not have done it. What can I do? I can't just say no to his mother, right? Of course not!

Max's room was big and has light blue walls with a single bed on the right, a white wooden desk and the rest of the room was empty except for the cupboards. The walls appeared freshly painted. There was five boxes which have yet to be unpacked. Other than that, there was two doors leading to the bathroom and the other one, maybe his closet. His room was designed as mine. The only difference is that his is boyish.

And I could very well see my room from here!

I would never have expected Max's room to be like that!

Well, I expected everything to be dull and dark, considering the fact that Max himself is a long lost monster!

Just then I heard a noise behind me and I wheeled around.

Shit! Shit! Shit!

I froze completely and gulped down. What have I done? What have I gotten myself into?

Max walked out from the bathroom and was only wearing a grey sweat pants that was hanging low at his waist.

He was shirtless and I just couldn't take my eyes off him!

And he had yet to notice me!

My eyes trailed down to his shirtless torso and back up to his face only to find him smirking at me!
