Chapter 6: Can't Breathe

Nami's POV

I'm glad Soo Kyung had fun at the concert. She even met a new friend there. But this. . . THIS MADNESS. There's no way I'll get home alive.

"So Nami, are you feeling comfortable so far?" Baekhyun asked. I had a feeling that was him teasing me, not just being polite. Because obviously, I'm very comfortable. Comfortable being squished by two people. Specifically between Chen and Lay.

"Yeah," I said, "... .sure."

To my right, (Chen) he was too busy looking out the window clearly avoiding my eye contact. While to my left, (Lay) was too busy making too much eye contact with me.

"Can I help you with something?" I asked, kind of annoyed.

He shook his head, "Nothing. I was just wondering if I can call you noona?" He smiled.

I couldn't help but blush. I think he saw that because he cutely laughed and looked away. I could see his dimples... .so cute. "So there is something. . ." I said.

"You look like a person who can be my older sister." He added, "so. . .can I?" He asked cutely. Ugh. It's too cute to say no.

I nodded. "Sure. Help yourself."

"Yes!" He said like he achieved something. Honestly, he too looks like a person who could be my little brother. We kinda look alike though. Hmm. Weird.

As soon as Lay said that Chen immediately looked at our direction and put up one eyebrow. "What?" I asked.

"Nothing. . ." He looked back out the window.

Since this van was really unique, where the back seats are facing each other, in front of me were Sehun and Baekhyun laughing and gossiping whatever. Looks like they're having fun watching me struggle.

I gave them a look, "YAH!" They jumped and stopped laughing and looked at me. "Got a problem?" I said, sounding threatening. They violently shook their heads. Which, haha, looked so funny from this angle. "I thought so." I scoffed. After that, they stopped teasing me.

I hate this kind of thing. What's that word? Claustrophobic? Yeah. But I wouldn't really consider myself one because I only get angry when this happens. So yeah.

I wonder how Soo Kyung's doing though. I bet she's having the best day of her life. I'm glad I could do this for her, even though I didn't really plan anything because Chen suddenly gave me free tickets. But besides that, I'm really happy she enjoyed. Her happiness is my happiness. Sigh. But there are other things in the world I want to do besides working all day in a crappy family restaurant.

Chen's POV

I'm gonna admit, I'm a little jealous. Because when Lay smiled at Nami, she blushed. But there's no reason for me too because he only asked her a 'non-romantic' question. Right? So there's no reason for me to be jealous. Plus I don't like her. So for the last time, there's no reason for me to be jealous.
