About the two skelebones and their text. They are the most popular peeps here.
You probably noticed Sans's text always in lowercase letters. Except maybe in the genocide route when "BAD" is typed in uppercase for emphasis. This probably represents his laziness and about he's chill about anything and everything.
About Papy's text.
You never see Papyrus's text in lowercase. When you see text in all caps online, it looks like you're pumped up, excited, overly happy, angry, or other over-the-top emotions. And Papyrus has a personality that's really jolly and boisterous.
