(A/N: Hello! A big chapter for a bit of an occasion...this chapter was meant to be uploaded this time last week on the 31st of August but unfortunately I had only managed to write two pages of it. :( The 31st of August was my 4th year anniversary of being on Wattpad so I wanted to commemorate it by giving you a special, long, somewhat-action-packed chapter! I hope you all enjoy!)

Chapter 27

"We can't go back, right?" Milly asked as knelt down and picked up his back pack which had been leaning against the window of the chocolate shop. "Back to the hotel, I mean." he elaborated, "Like to get our stuff."

"I don't think it would be the best idea." Mum said honestly, looking at Milly with a great deal of sympathy, "What do you have in the pack? Anything useful?"

"Our cells, a camera, our passports and money." Al said, giving Mum a matter-of-fact look as she tilted her head to the side.

"Brilliant." Mum affirmed, smiling like she had one the jackpot, "I got practically the same thing for me and the girls in my handbag. I plan on this being a quick rescue so I didn't bring any of our suitcases or anything. The lighter we are the faster we go."

Mum had not brought our suitcases with us on board the flight in Brisbane. She had ditched the in the car, deciding it was just going to be an inconvenience to travel with our luggage. I had felt a little disheartened as I had left my IPhone 27 in my suitcase. Now my phone would be waiting for days in the car at the airport in Mum's VIP parking space. It had been useless for England to give me that phone and I felt so bad about it.

"I don't really want to go for days wearing the same clothes." Milly frowned, "That's frugal. Can't you go into our hotel, Max? You can grab our stuff. They won't want to kidnap you because you're not a landmass and that is if they actually are planning on kidnapping us."

"I'm a model, Prime Minister and Governor General." Mum pointed out, "I wouldn't risk it."

"So what?" Al chuckled, giving Mum a killing look, "We're just expected to live without cleaning our teeth or brushing our hair or charging our phones for days because you are too scared to get our luggage?"

"Well, firstly it isn't going to be days." Mum snapped, "And secondly, I have an effing huge amount of money which I will just put towards buying us all new stuff when we need it. In the meantime, I suggest getting out of here because I am feeling a bit of paranoia because of that man in the suit. Do you think he has moved closer?"

I looked over at the man in the suit at the café and butterflies filled my stomach. Hadn't he been closer to the door of the café? I was not too sure but paranoia was definitely getting the better of me.

"Sheep, man." Milly muttered and then giggled at his own words as if they were some sort of inside joke (which I clearly was not in the inside of). "Any plans on getting away? We could bolt up the stre-"

"You said there is a group of them, right? I bet they are at every corner of the street." Mum interrupted before shaking her head and sighing, "F*** you, Mr Anderson."

"We are sitting ducks and we are surrounded by wolves." Al sighed, shuddering as she said 'wolves'. "We are dead. We are trapped and dead."

"That's dramatic." Mum frowned at Al in disproval.

"I think I have a plan." I spoke up a bit spontaneously just to speak before Al could comment some smart remark for Mum to go off at. Did I really have a plan? No.

"Let's hear it then?" Al said as she crossed her arms and diverted her attention to me. Milly and Mum did similar.

"I-I..." I winced as I stumbled on trying to make some sort of plan up, "Maybe we could split up? Two of us go up the street and two of us go down it? We won't have a big group following us then. Mum," I looked at Mum, "You could distract the man at the café. That way we can get a head start because if he is communicating with anyone he won't be able to say anything weird whilst he is in front another person."
