** September ** Nikkie's POV ( changed the spelling) I look down at the finger and admire the ring. Tears roll down my cheeks and I wrap my arms around Noah. He kisses the back of my neck and whispers 'let's go tell the family'; I take his hand and walk into the backyard. I pick up a glass and tap a fork. Everyone looks up and I say "guys, Noah and I have some news." I hold out my hand and I yell ' I got proposed to!'~ my mom runs up to me and says 'my baby! Congrats.' Beth's POV Jace and I walk back outside and see a crowd around Nikkie. I furrow my eyebrows and whisper 'what is happening?'~ Jace shrugs. I walk past all the people and see something shinning on Nikkie's finger.~ my jaw drops. I think ' I've been gone for 4 months and I was the one who was supposed to be celebrating!' I make a fist and mumble 'it's ok Bethany, just relax.' I take Jace's hand and I whisper 'we're leaving.'~ I look back and see Nikkie looking at us. We get into the car and drive to our apartment. I walk upstairs and go into the balcony. Tears roll down my cheeks.~ arms wrap around my waist. Jace whispers ' babe, please don't cry. I hate seeing your beautiful face sad. Plus it's bad for the baby.' ( A/N they're 25 yrs old ) I take Jace's hands and say ' I just wish I could have told my family today.' ** 3 month jump ; January ** Jace's POV I look down at Beth's stomach; 6 months in. Beth looks at me and says 'Jace stop; I'm fat.' I take her hands and say 'no babe, you're gorgeous.'~ I lift her chin and kiss her. I feel my phone buzz, I pull it out and see a text from Noah? I read it: hey man, Nikkie was wondering if Beth is ok. They haven't spoken in 3 months. I reply; she's doing good. She just going through some stuff right now.~ I lock my phone. I pour some coffee and hand it to Beth. I kiss her forehead and say 'babe, dress up we're going out.' Beth tilts her hand and says ' are you serious?'~ I nod. Beth gets up and heads to our room. 20 minutes later she comes back out and says ' so where are we going?'

We walk up to a tent and I say 'Bethers, this is for you.'~ I take my hands off. Beth covers her mouth and looks at me. She comes up to me and hugs me.~ I kiss her forehead. We go inside the tent and sit at the table. Beth looks around and says "Jace, when did you have time to do this?"~ I grin. Beth looks down and says 'the first picture we took as a couple.' {😍} I take a picture of Beth and post; night out with this one 💗.
