GreenR: shut up or I won't write about you anymore.

Law: tch, go on. I'd like to see how long can you keep it up.

GreenR:is that a challenge?!

Nami: *looks up from the book she's reading* I really think you should stop that bickering and let Reader-chan go to read the story. *smiles to Reader-chan*

GreenR: yes Nami-san, I'm sorry *walks away sadly*

You were listening to your favourite song from your headphones, blasting bass vibrating through your body. Suddenly, an unfamiliar voice said:

"Hey! Can you hear me?" You gasped loudly, dragging yourself the attention of everyone in the bus.

"Can you hear me?!" The voice continued, panicking. "Just think the answer, please!"

W-who are you?

"Oh good, for a moment I thought I was talking to myself," the voice was low and husky, with a light accent, which made the vocals flow slowly like hot chocolate over your ears. "Listen, the thing is, I need your help,"

Wait a second! Who the fuck are you?!

You almost yelled those words out loud. What was it!? Were you finally going crazy?!

"No you're not bonkers, I just hacked into your phone to talk to you," the voice almost sounded bit proud of himself, "and come and help me, who I am is easier to show, not explain,"

You chewed doubtously on your lower lip, glancing around you for a moment.

Okay, what do you want?

"Oh good, I thought you were going to say no. Come to the old Mineshaw High next to East River,"

You hopped down the bus at the next stop and started walking towards the East River, weird voice finally quiet in your head.

Hey! Voice!?

"What is it?"

I'm at the school now.

You looked at the creepy old building, and the large shadow it casted on the ground. Most of the windows were broken, sharp edges glistening in the pale moonlight. This is the place where most of the people would turn around, screaming.

"Come in,"

You touched the door but it was locked.

The door is locked.

"Are you stupid or something? Window, use the window," the voice was almost dripping with irony.

Well thanks, I'm coming to help you and all, and you call me stupid.

"Just hurry,"

You went to the nearest window and slided your hand inside through the glass pieces.

"Fuck," you sweared when one of the pieces cut into your hand and blood started dripping down your wrist. You unlocked the window and pulled it up. Then you climbed inside, shivering in cold.

The corridors were empty and dark, and you gulped nervously. That was exactly like a scene from some scary movie, and in those, protagonist usually died painfully.

"Come forward until you reach the stairs and the come down these, to the basement," you nervously rubbed your sweaty hands dry into the jeans and started walking.

Reaching the stairs you watched every step carefully, it was so dark, it would've been easy to slip and fall. When you reached the basement, you saw a flickering light in the distance and started going towards it.

"Good job now, just a little bit more," the voice encouraged you and you pushed open the door at the end of the corridor. You gasped loudly at the new sight.

It was like a some sort of laboratory, like in the sci-fi movies. Walls covered in screens and wires. And in the middle of the room was sort of a aquarium or so. You took a step closer and saw man in it.

He had a helmet thingy on his head, wires snaking out of it, and most of his face was covering with mask. His skin was pale, probably from the ooze he was in, and he was only wearing a pants, sort of.

"That's me," the voice said smugly, "see that red button on the wall?"

Yes

"Press it,"

You did as he asked and second later, the aquarium walls shifyed a bit, and ooze started to flow out from the bottom of it. It grew less and less until man wasn't floating in it anymore, and his feet touched the bottom of the aquarium.

His legs trembled for a second and then he fell to his knees. His eyes shot open and he started ripping on the mask covering his face. When he finally got it off, he sucked in a few rapid breaths, lening his head backwards in extasy. He also pushed off the helmet, revealing mess of a green hair.

Then he turned his attention back to you, motioning for you to go and push some other button. The aquarium walls shook for a moment and then crumbled into shards.

"Thanks," he breathed out and reached out his hand towards you. You stepped back and eyed him suspiciously.

"Okay I helped you, now, who the fuck are you?"

"I hoped for a bit nicer greeting but okay," he lowered his hand and picked up a shard of glass from his feet, playing with it as he talked. "I am the last one of the operation sent to his planet. If you go to some of these rooms," he pointed towards the door at the back of the room, "then there are some others, they are dead. Faulty operating systems,"

You felt terrified at the thought of dead alieny people laying around so you just nodded glumly and started backing away.

"So if it was all....y'know it's beginning to look very much like horror movies in here so, don't mind if I go," you were already at the door but the sight of him. Just sitting there in tha ray of light, head bowed and utterly alone, made you heart ache.

"Or I can....where are you gking now?" He just shrugged.

"Dunno, didn't really think further than just getting out of that stupid glass box," you knew you were gonna regret that later but...

"You can come and stay at my place for a little time if you want," he looked up and smiled, really smiled, for the first time.

"Thanks," he got up and walked to you.

"Don't thank me before you see the flat," you grinned, "it's bit worn but okay. Uh, and by the way, aren't you gonna put some clothes on before you go outside?"

"Oh, right....."
