Well it's been almost a year now that all of us had our kids that's right every one of the other kids but now Liam and Harry are married now and everything and all the kids are doing great we're all back to work in the fashion that we live together and I love the fact that I was back in my office Niall the time

Pamela's running the hospital better than ever she is happier than ever because she's married to Derek and everything in that now and gives her everything she needed which is proper for the understand of the two of them were always meant to be

Yes her two oldest kids are doing great and everything life can get any better I still handle all those crazy medical emergencies and everything like that I still run my clinic with Liam and everything like that and we still get old man Wilson and stuff like that coming in but you gotta do what you gotta do believe or not you still in getting help in that hospital and he's still alive and kicking for his age 87

Yep I wouldn't trade my life and let's just see how things are going to happen and everything you know with everybody being very unhappy about time we had all this and you know Louis runs a sports bar in all of his siblings that he was taking care of and everything is going great so yeah we're all doing what we want living our dreams and being happy families and friends that's all we can ever ask for but let's just say that craziness that's always going to be in her life is going to be the medical emergency is all the hiding stuff oh and by the way so if you got the help she needed thank God I don't have no be after me anymore then let me be they love the fact that I'm happy and still going strong with the love of my life the one I meant in Middle School the one that's my everything just as I'm thinking all this I thought those two strong arms around me about the way you were at work right now

Niall are you thinking about baby you know it's time for a lunch break and everything to see you here sitting down at your office just like you're doing they staring out in space

Zayn just thinking how hard everything was the last year from a psycho girl with a personality disorder to everything and now we're happy and everything you had your time off as a maternity leave and have your back life is getting back to the way it's supposed to be I'm just grateful for that but sometimes I wonder what the next medical emergency will bring

Niall no matter what the situation in life where you always pull through it no matter what I have the Heart of Gold you have the medical knowledge and you still are one of the top surgeons out there or whatever it is you do hard to believe though that we're all stepping up running around here the hospitals running better every year and I tell you Pam was doing a great job of that you're doing a great job of your position Liam is doing and heels and yeah you guys are doing excellent your clinic and everything is just great to have everything back to the way it should be and I love having a family with you too

Niall but there's definitely one thing you're going to have to understand and always know for sure dr. Malek no matter the situation I'm going to love you till death do us part and you're going to turn me on and you could still do that after 8 years of marriage man how you talk to our wedding anniversary every year I wonder if you're going to be able to type of this year plus now we have the kids let's see what you can do I love you you know it's lunch time so that means we can have a little fun

I got one thing to say is that my life is looking better and better than the love of my life is safe and everything in that I can't wait to see what will happen with the next medical emergency
