How to make it work and you know I was going to be missing my husband on time because the thing is he's on bed rest and everything cuz she's pregnant I just wish you was here with me I know I have a new assistant which happens to be one of my old friends from high school Sofia until he can get here after pregnancy is not

Same without my baby and everything anyway hopefully everything will go ok down in ER stuff like that today

Dr Mailk hey Sophia I'm going down here to see what's going on down there just checking in and everything because I don't want to be too busy down there and then I'll be back up to see you whatever patience I have to see you for today

Sophia well you got it I'm going to make sure everything's going smoothly here you get patients coming in to see you pretty soon your husband phone to let you know he was doing ok and everything because he said he knows that you're wearing any misses being here at the office with you

Dr Mailk yes or misses having you around I guess I'm so used to working every single day and I'm thinking it's not the same when the baby's not here but hopefully have a few more months it's only another four or five months and the babies are going to be here it was only one that turns out he's having multiples which is great

When I head out of the ER when I got down there the first thing I seen was dr. Liam Payne looking like he was a little late I passed out or something cuz he was so exhausted

Dr Mailk hey there man you look like you're ready to pass out and everything are you okay there today what's going on with you anyway

Dr Payne right now I'm just tired cuz I was up half the night because Harry can't stop throwing up you know where she's pregnant and everything then I did a double shift and that because of a car pull up and everything is crazy you don't want to do sometimes yes just draining me from everything you know cuz I haven't really had a chance to break but sometimes when you're a doctor you gotta do what you gotta do let you know being the head of the Pediatrics is not easy sometimes when you are dealing with sick kids and everything. Hope mine and Harry's baby is born there's no complications

Dr Mailk hey I told him you know where you're coming from anything and then I've got to get back up to my office I have a lot of people coming in and things like that going to make sure my clients are doing ok and everything like that I hate it when people try to deal with things and overdo it and stuff when they're told not to talk to you later

Dr Payne talk to you later

When I got back into my office I couldn't believe it. Dr Mishaud was there talking to Sophia and she wasn't very happy with Sophia

Dr Mailk hey boss what can I do for you and everything like that

Dr Mishaud oh nothing much I just came by to drop off some special papers to you about a certain patient did you said you had that had cancer and everything and I haven't to run into here assisting her planning on drugging you nothing that she was one of our best friends and everything going in school and I thought she was highly recommended here from the temp agency overheard her on the phone and everything seems you want to try to get you to knock her up and that she wanted to ruin your marriage because she couldn't have you

Dr Mailk well I understand that you were a bit if you have these days and everything people said you changed since we got out of school and college and everything I never thought you would do something like that I want you to pack up and get out of here I need to get a different assistant and I want someone that I can trust thank you very much

Sophia damn I was this close to getting everything that I thought you wanted I'll be back and I will ruin your life with your husband because you should have been mine and you're not supposed to be gay
