Zayn POV

After having a long day I had at work I went home when I got there I noticed that our two adopted kids are not there Niall I'm told me that his mother took them for the weekend because he thought I could use a good weekend just the two of us after what happened at work today you couldn't believe that they were backstabbed by whenever best friends and I thought I could trust the fill in as as my assistant till he comes back

Zayn hey baby I'm home

Niall hey honey you don't have to worry about the kids by the way they're at my mother's for the weekend anyway I just thought we needed some time just the two of us we haven't had that in a while because you've been working so hard and I haven't been there since I'm on bed rest and stuff I just thought you could use a break from everything after what happened at work today it's a good thing the Pam, caught on to what was going on

Zayn yes it is she's not the girl that we thought we knew anymore Sophia's change drastically if you ask me

Niall don't know if everything you guys just told me anyway it's good to have you home cuz I missed you all day you know it's kind of lonely when I have to lay in that bed and you're not there next to me I just wish I could be back at work because it's hard not seeing your beautiful face every moment of the day and by the way thank you for sending me those Roses again you do that a lot because you know you can't see me as much as you used to when you have to work and that always brightens my day and let me know how much you love me after all these years can you believe it we're almost been married for 7 years now it'll be another 3 or 4 months

Zayn 6 years going on 7 who would have thought but baby I tell him no matter what you're in for me I love you from here to Eternity you're my everything you're my only one hard to believe we've been together since middle school but that's true love he asked me and I knew that you were the one when you first asked me out or did I ask you a I can't remember but if it wasn't for Pam and Perry we wouldn't have known that we were gay

Niall well I do remember that our first date was you taking me to the movies and then after that second and you took me to an Italian restaurant for some reason I knew I could always count on you and you know you can always count on me I mean we've been best friends before I left nothing like falling in love with your best friend and he had such a long day at work baby what you sit on the couch put your feet up I'll get you a drink then we'll watch some Netflix and then we'll go to bed later and you know have a little fun oh and I think I'm going to run the bath like a different when you've got your promotion how about that just me you have a special weekend together because you didn't really need it you know you been taking care of me through my whole pregnancy and sometimes you forget about yourself I don't want anything to happen to you don't neglect your own health baby

Zayn yeah you're right and you think you for wanting to have a weekend just the two of us because you and I need this and I need to feel you all weekend I just need to know that I can have that moment I may be a doctor when we have a coupled up the kids so we have some kids on the way that you're caring but sometimes you just need a moment as a couple you know what I mean and you need to relax and step back because sometimes in this job you can lose lives and everything and that can take a lot out of you I didn't lose no way for nothing today but dr. Shepard it took a lot out of him yeah sometimes that's not always easy when you have to do this type of work but it's rewarding just the same

Niall yeah and you do know in a couple of months I'll be back at work with you because the babies will be born in everything like that and there is a daycare at the hospital they can help out and everything so when it's time for me to come back to work after 6 months maternity leave for so everything will be fine we'll be able to check in on them and that and you'll have me in your office is doing the same as we always used to do because I know you miss it as much as I do

Zayn yes baby that I do we don't get to have our lunch time together in my office and our lunch time sex and I miss that I had my lunch and I feel bored out of my mind I've been eating my lunch in the cafeteria with the boys lately they know what I'm missing so they talk to me and keep me from going crazy and Pam always when I have something I need to Buck up and then to the house I'll see you soon as I get home and get laid then but she knows that we always used to do that in the office and that she said before you know it you'll be back you'll be doing it again even though she's a girl she's just as dirty minded as those boys that's why she's always been considered one of the boys

Niall yes you come here so we can just relax and you can have the weekend you need because right now I just want you to be able to focus on us so let's cuddle watch TV have pizza and then do whatever else you want to do this relaxing that I can do when I'm on bed rest I just really want to have a weekend just the two of us no no nothing no problems know anything you know and only drama

I have to agree with my baby on the way that's definitely what I'm looking forward to this weekend just me and him no drama no nothing just tell me to be husband and husband
