Chapter 20

Katie's P.O.V

After a long drive we finally arrive at my house.

As we pull up Cameron and I both unbuckle and head inside. 

"Do you want anything?" I ask Cameron.

"Nah I'm alright thanks" he says giving me a small smile.

"Alright then let's go and set up" I smile back leading him into the games room.

"Whoa" Cameron says as we walk in.

"What?" I ask bending down to set up the games.

"This place is impressive"

"Thanks, Jack, Nash, Neve and I love playing them so we decided to make a game room where we could play" I say looking back at cam.

"Well it's nice, especially that TV" I shift a bit at his comment and he notices.

"Haha don't worry I won't steal it" he says laughing at my expression.

"Yeah no I know you won't... Just... Don't tell any of your friends ok" I say looking at him sternly.

He just sakes his head chuckling at my comment.

"Anyway what game first?" I ask

"Let's play GTA first, I personally think it's the best" he says flopping onto my sofa.

"Fine with me" I say putting it on.

Once I've put it on I grasp the controllers and sit next to Cam our knees brushing slightly causing cam to shift in his position but not move away.

"Her you go" I say handing cam his controller.

"Ugh why does this guy keep calling me about my car" I groan

"Because it's probably been fixed" Cameron says as if it's obvious.

"Yeah but I got a new and better one I don't care about that one anymore"

"I bet you'll go back for it still" Cameron says raising an eyebrow.

"I don't know maybe" I say and out of the corner of my eye I see Cameron smirk.  I just stare ahead focusing on the game.

"Let's play something else" I say turning to cam.

"Yeah I agree what do you wanna play?"

"Um have you ever played Marino karts?" I ask tiring to him.

"No, why would I, that's for kids" he says giving me a strange look.

"Just because it's not rated 18 doesn't mean it's for kids Cameron" I saying giving him a look.

"Yes it does" he argues.

"We're playing it and I guarantee you'll get into it" I say putting the game in.

"I promise you I won't" he says picking up his controller.

"I. WILL. BEAT. YOU." I yell as I follow him.

"NO. YOU. WONT. " Cameron yells back speeding down the track we selected after much deliberation.

"YES" I scream happily as I got the the gold mushroom to make me go faster.

"No, no, no" Cameron mutters under his breath beginning to panic.

"Cameron I'm coming" I sing happily.
"Gotcha" I whisper before over taking him just before he reaches the finish line.

"NOOOO" Cameron yells in defeat throwing his head back.

"Haha" I say poking Cam's cheek leaning on his chest. "Aww is someone a bit sour that the lost" I coo at him whilst smiling.

Cameron takes a side glance at me whilst muttering a no.

"I think you are" I say putting my head on his shoulder and looking up at him.

Then lifting my bra agin before continuing  "I mean I would be if I lost just at the end of the track you know you almo-"

I was saying before I had a hand put over my mouth and being pushed back so that my back was pressed against the sofa and someone laying on me.

"Just shoosh" Cameron says before removing his hand looking at me in the eyes.

Once he removes his hand I just giggle "I thought you said you wouldn't get into it?" I asked smirking at him.

Cameron sits up before giving me a look.

As we begin talking I hear the door open.

I walk into the hall to see Jack he comes in and gives me hug and kiss before looking over my shoulder a look of confusion cover his face.

"Oh hey cam" Jack says

"Hey" cam says waving slightly.

"What ya doing here" jack asks throwing an arm around my shoulder and pulling me close to him.

"Oh we were just playing so videos games because he was at the airport and I had no way of getting home so I suggested we hang out" I tell Jack looping up at him.

"Oh ok" Jack says pecking my lips the nose making me smile and burry my head into his side.

"Oh I better get going" Cam's says walking towards us looking at his phone.

"Ok see you later bro" Jack says.

"I'll come say bye at the door" I mutter snacking out of jacks grip.

I follow cam to the door and lean against it as he walks out.

"Let's meet up soon again, I surprisingly had fun today" I say chuckling.

"I'm not surprised you used to love spending time with me. But anyway yeah I'll text you, bye Katie" cam says giving me a wink.

"Bye Cameron" I wave shutting the door.
