Chapter thirty four

Haruka's P.O.V
I ran into the forest, climbed up a tree, and cried.

"Why did I do that?" I muttered.

I took off my white jacket and placed it on another tree branch.

I was now wearing my black long shirt. My bandages were still on, so my chest was still flat.

Then, I heard footsteps.

My ears twitched.

"Haruka!" I heard two voices yell.

I knew those two voices from anywhere.

It was Hikaru and Karou.

Why are they calling me?

I cloned down the tree and started to run until I reached a cliff.

I still heard footsteps.

I turned around and saw Haruhi.

Her face was flushed because she ran a far distance.

"Why?" She asked.

"Why thirty days?!"

I didn't respond.

Maybe not in thirty days. Maybe now.

I backed away from her.

She got closer.

"Don't do it Haruka!" She yelled.

I ignored her and I jumped off the cliff.

My life flashed past me.

I remembered when I was five.

Oh, the torture was unbearable.

I smiled  and closed my eyes as I was getting closer to the ground.

As I was almost crashing down to the ground, I felt hands catch me.

My eyes snapped open and I saw Karou crying.

I tried to struggle out of his grip and was almost successful.

But then Hikaru caught me.

He hugged me.

"What happened? Why did you do it? What happened to you? What happened while you were kidnapped?" He asked.

My eyes widened and I started to cry.

He noticed this and hugged me.

Karou following.

I slid to the ground and hugged my legs tightly, my tail was now on the ground as well. Not wrapped around my leg.

They slid down to my level and they whispered in my ears.

"Lets go home."

I slowly nodded and I fell asleep.
