Chapter 79-I'm Sorry

"You're welcome," Jae Suk and his wife chorused.

After the brief chat, the couple went back into their room.

Suk Jin grinned proudly to himself as he place a familiar device into the bag which Jae Suk has always brought with wherever he goes.

"This is going to be fun!" Suk Jin did his monstrous laugh.

However, a pair of eyes were staring at Suk Jin, and it was Jae Suk's wife.

"What are you doing?" Jae Suk's wife witnessed the whole scene.

"Nothing..." Suk Jin backed away from Jae Suk's bag.

"Oppa, what have you done?" Jae Suk's wife inched forward.

"Nothing... I was um..." Suk Jin took out a phone charger which looked similar to the device and said,"Getting a ....phone charger from Jae Suk's bag!"

"Don't you lie! I definitely saw you put something in Jae Suk's bag!" Jae Suk's wife screamed.

"I didn't!" Suk Jin was guilty.

Soon, a fight broke out as Jae Suk's wife reached into the bag and Suk Jin too. Suk Jin was quicker by a few seconds and had the device in his hands now. His hands were raised as Jae Suk's wife reached out for the device.

"What's that? Give it to me!" Jae Suk's wife wanted the device to prove that Suk Jin was still evil.

With smart thinking, Suk Jin mustered all his strength in his entire body and hurled the device outside the opened window.

"Ji Suk Jin!!" Jae Suk's wife shouted.

Hurriedly, Suk Jin took Jae Suk's phone charger out, with a strategy in his mind.

"What are you doing?" Jae Suk's wife grabbed Suk Jin's arm.

"What's the commotion?" Jae Suk emerged from the room with a towel in his hands.

(The next day...)

Ji Hyo just woke up, and had received a call almost immediately.

"Hello?" She yawned.

"It's me, Haha oppa," Haha was the caller.

"Oh..." Ji Hyo didn't know what to say as things were pretty awkward between them.

"Well, everyone's busy so... Can you do me a favour?" Haha gritted his teeth.

"Sure..." Ji Hyo hesitated a while. 'Was it one of his dirty tricks again?' She thought.

"Well, I wanted to visit Eun Ji's grave today and um... I would like someone to go with me..." Haha sounded like a frightened kid.

"Sure.. I guess..." Ji Hyo just couldn't bear to reject someone.

"Alright, thank you. I will pick you up in ten," Haha hung up nervously.

"Okaaaay...." Ji Hyo definitely found this weird.

Ji Hyo quickly got ready and put on some light makeup with a solemn outfit.

Minutes later, the doorbell rang and Ji Hyo ran to open the door.

"So are you ready?" Haha was in a checkered shirt.

"Yep," Ji Hyo got her handbag and the pair got into Haha's car and left.

Throughout the ride, Ji Hyo was staring out of the window while Haha was concentrating on driving.

"We're here," Haha announced, snapping Ji Hyo out of her daze.

"Wow, that was fast," Ji Hyo and Haha came out of the car.

"Let's go," Haha led Ji Hyo to Eun Ji's grave.

Halfway, Haha spoke,"To be honest, I'm very nervous."

"You are? Why?" Ji Hyo replied.

"Well, I still can't believe my loved one was evil... And obviously, I am not prepared to face her...." Haha stopped in his tracks.

"You can do it," Ji Hyo squeezed Haha's arm encouragingly.

Haha made his way towards Eun Ji's grave, with Ji Hyo close behind him.

As both of them reached the grave, a lady was standing right in front of Eun Ji's grave with a familiar backview.

"Eun Ji ah..." the lady placed a flower gently on Eun Ji's grave.

"Isn't that Eun Hye?" Haha cleverly pointed out.

"Shh!!" Ji Hyo covered Haha's mouth and continued to spy on Eun Hye.

"Eun Ji ah, I'm sorry for doing this to you, I'm sorry that I had to steal it... You know that I had no choice.... and I hope that you wouldn't detest me..." Eun Hye sounded remorseful.

"Hmm, steal what?" Ji Hyo thought, determined to find out what Eun Hye had done wrong to Eun Ji and get to the bottom of it.
