L U C A S S ' P O V

I paced back and forth in the room.

"Lucas it's ok she is going to be ok" Riley said in between her sobs.

I scratched the back of my neck.

Why? Why her? Why us?

Thinking back at that subway ride it's almost clear that If I didn't kiss Maya this wouldn't have happened.

Maybe I did this to her-.. No wait. I did this to her.

She was probably worrying to much. How will Riley find out that she kissed me?

Betraying her best friend?

It's all my fault that this happened to her.

"Lucas Friar"

I heard my name being called out. I stood up with my eyes popping out.

"May I have a word"

At the corner of my eye I saw Riley with a disapproving look.

I nodded and walked in to a room.

"Lucas Friar Im sorry to inform you but we have found some scars on your girlfriend-"
"Girlfriend she is not my girlfriend"
Weird that he would call Maya my girlfriend. Do we look like that to each other?

"Ok well then your friend.. We have found some scars on your friends arm and stomach. We have examined her arm and it looks like she has been cutting herself"
My heart started beating faster than ever.

I walked closer towards the door to get out of that place and to just go see Maya.

I heard my named being called multiple times by the doctor.

I wandered all over the hospital searching for Maya's room.

I went to the front desk "where is is Maya Harts room?!"

"Hold on sir we can't just give this infromation-"

"Just tell me! Where is it WHERE IS THE F*CKING ROOM!" I yelled.

"HOLD ON SIR YOU JUST WAIT RIGHT THERE!"

I heard the front desk lady screaming back at me but i just kept running.
(A/N:- I know this seems a little cheesy)

I reached a room. I saw Maya's body laying down on a bed.

I enters the room quietly.
I felt a tear rushing down like a storm filled with sorrow.

I walked closer and closer to the bed.
I sat down next to her on the bed.

I stared at her arm filled with red scars.

"LUCAS?" She whispers

I sighed in relief and smiled a little "M-maya" I whispered back

She started crying.
"Don't- don't cry"
"Lucas, these are tears o-of l-love" she smiled at me.

"Maya. You, you- why did you cut yourself?"
She whipped her nose and roled her eyes looking at the ceiling while smiling

"I wanted to be noticed" she laughed a bit
"But Maya w-why" i shuttered. "You are noticed"

I couldn't even get my words out staight. I wanted to cry my eyes out. I couldn't bear hurting her and being the one causing her to do this to herself.

"Lucas I l-lo- AHHHHHH"
I shot up from the bed and held Maya's stomach just like I did in the bathroom.

"LUCAS GET THE DOCTORS!"
"SOMEONE COME HELP!"

I heared the doors slamming open with the doctor I was talking to before and 4 more people
"DOCTOR. MONTOGERMY PLEASE HELP HER!"

"Will do" he took out his seethe scope and placed it on her heart
" ok her heart rate is low!We need to get her to the operation room stat!"

Doctor. Montogermy and the 4 other people roled maya on the bed out of the room.

I heard a screaming a few times.. And maybe she even called my name.

I was left all alone in the room.

Hey well.. This is getting  hectic what do you think is wrong with maya?
Will she be ok?
Why do you think maya was about to say I love you to LUCAS if they barley had a relationship?
How does riley feel?
