This takes place during the 1000 Years Blood War Arc. The plot is 100% original, all characters go to Tite Kubo.
You need to read the manga to be able to understand this story, since obviously the 1000 Years War Arc is not in the anime.
Also, title idea is inspired by Ed Sheeran's song "Afire Love". It's a beautiful song. I highly recommend you listen to it.
I needed to get all this down in a story.
