Vernons pov
I thought, hey Vernon you all have seen Jeonghan. What about Woozi? I decided to go alone, I walked out Jeonghans room without a word. I walked down the hall looking around. There was not much to see, plain white walls. Monitors everywhere, beds, patients and doctors. Why do we get sick? Why do we get hurt? Why can't everything be safe? I wish for no one to get hurt, it's a sad thing.  I made it to the ICU unit and as I was passing by the waiting room. I saw no one familiar and walked right passed it, when I turned back around. I looked into the room to see a girl. Sitting down with her head against the chair and eyes closed. I walked up to her and stood there. Thinking, she will open her eyes soon. I was wrong. I lightly layed my hand on her shoulder and rubbed it softly. Her eyes fluttered open,
"Hi.." I softly let go. She plastered a smile on her face. Then sat up, I sat right next to her. She seemed so, out of it. This wasn't the Emerald I knew and it definitely wasn't the one I wanted to see. She didn't speak, she sat in silence.
"You alright?" I looked at her. She layed her head on my shoulder and shrugged.
"Don't want to talk Hugh?" I asked she shook her head no.
"I'm sorry if I'm bothering you." I explained looking straight a head. She responded by shaking her head no.
"I came to see Woozi." I twiddled my fingers.
"I wanted to go see Jeonghan.." She whispered.
"Oh w-well go see him." I pointed.
"The thing is," she sat up, "something brought we back here, to the ICU waiting room....I wanted to be alone.." She said
"Oh I'm sorry." I replied while standing up.
"But~" she said
"But what?" I asked.
"After you sitting here I could use a little company." I could hear the agony in her voice. The pain, the struggle, the depression, the regret, all in her voice. I could feel everything she felt, she gave off such a sad vibe. It make me feel..hurt. I wanted to help her put a smile on her face. I sat right back next to her. She put her head back on me..
"Should I take you to Jeonghan. I don't mind." I explained
"-sigh- yeah." She said struggling to get up.
"You ok?" I asked helping her up.
"I feel weak but I'll be fine." She said. I followed her down the hall when I seen her bob. Then she was gone, I looked down and she was sitting on the floor holding her head. With her knees to her chest,
"Hey hey you ok?!?!" I asked getting down on the floor.
"I'm..." She didn't finish.
"Come here." I put my arm on her back and under her knees. I lifted her up as a doctor came up to us.
"Is she ok?" The doctor asked.
"Aniyo. She said she feels weak then she just feel." I told.
"Mmh..have you ate?" The doctor asked as Emerald layed her head on my shoulder.
"Have you ate?" I asked her.
"No. Vernon I have a headache now." She whispered.
"Must be why." The doctor said.
"I'm going to go lay her down." I demanded walking fast to the room. I walked into the room and got on the bed. I layed her head down on the pillow and slid her body out from under me. I put my hand on her forehead,
"What's going on with you? You don't seem ok." I explained she curled up.
"V v Vernon get me a.." She held her mouth. I jumped up and grabbed the trash can and put it by the side of the bed. She jumped over and let go in the trash can.
"Oh crap." I rubbed her back. I could feel her back vibrate as I rubbed it.
She layed on the bed with her arms over her face.
"Oh I feel like crap." She said I brushed my hand over her ribs.
"I'll go get you some water ok.." I got up and filled a cup. I gave it to her, she washed out her mouth then spit the water in the trash can.
"I'm hot." She said I kept my mouth shut before I said something. She took her jacket off then she grabbed the bottom of her shirt. I bit my lip and looked away then back at her. As her shirt slipped over her stomach to her shoulders and over her head...she was wearing a tank top. Of course Vernon why would you think other wise. She wouldn't do that if she was dating Woozi. She leaned over the edge of the bed again, and threw up. I grabbed her hair and put it on her back,
"You almost blugh on your hair." I said she layed her head on the edge of the bed by my thigh. She giggled from my response,
"Why? Am I throughing up I don't understand.." She said
"You haven't eaten today...let me take you out." I demanded. She sat up and looked at her lap.
"I miss Woozi. I think i feel sick because of him." Her eyes watered.
"Aw he will wake up tonight ok. You will feel better then. Come on, let's go back so you can brush your teeth then. I'll get you something to eat." I demanded.
"Ok." She agreed

Emeralds pov
I stood up and tumbled to the floor but then caught my self.
"Can you walk?" Vernon asked.
"I don't know." I blinked.
"I'll carry you." I faced Vernon and wrapped my arms around his neck. I lifted my legs and put them on his waist, I crossed my legs and layed my head on his shoulder. He crossed his hands and placed them under my thighs.
"Let's go." He said as he marched down the hall. I could see the future flash through my head. A little boy ran around in a yard. Off to the side..
"Vernon." I waved
"Hey..you see the little One running around?" He asked. I knoded with a smile.. The little boy ran up to me,
"Mommy!!" He hugged my legs.  I was shocked no no not Vernon.
"Babe." I turned around and there was Woozi.

"Hey." Vernon tapped me
"Yeah." I said
"Get down we are here." He said I lifted my leg and one by one put them on the floor.
"Come here." He grabbed my hands and walked me into the room into bathroom.
"Hey guys." The8 said I waved as I brushed my teeth.
"Is she ok?" He asked leaning against the wall.
"No she threw up a few times and she can't really walk. She's dizzy and weak so I'm going to get her some food." Vernon explained.
"Your bagel is still there though." The8 pointed.
"Oh right. I'll eat that." I told Vernon. I held onto the wall and went to the bed. I sat down and ate my bagel, Vernon and The8 sat next to me.
"The doctor came in and just said he would wake up in a hour and ten minutes." The8 said
"Oh yeah." I smiled.
"I'm ready." The8 said
"Me too." I replied
I heard a knock on the door and...it was Seventeen all of seventeen came to see Woozi. Even Jeonghan..
"Jeonghan what are you doing here?" I asked
"They let me out I'm done I'm ok. I just need to be on crutches for a little." He explained.
"Oh that's great." I knoded.
"So this is what he looks like." Dino said.
"Yeah." The8 looked over.
"Wow.." Joshua let go.
"How long do we have to wait?" Hoshi asked
"A hour. Till he wakes up, he won't be able to talk for about a week and a half." I swallowed 
"What?!? Are your serious?" Joshua asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"This sucks." Joshua said running his hands through his hair. I looked over at Woozi and he moved his leg and his fingertips. I stood up and walked over to him.
"Woozi." I whispered
"What are you doing?" Hoshi asked.
"He moved! You didn't see it?" I looked over at him. Then at his foot and he moved it again.
"Oh my.." They all said.
Woozi groaned. I slid my hand into his and a smile brushed across his face.
"Woozi it's me Emerald.. Oppa I'm here." He slid his finger across my hand then stopped.
"Ah." I covered my mouth with my hand.
"He's waking up." The8 said standing. He came behind me and looked over my shoulder. He moved his other leg,
"Oh Woozi I missed you. Don't worry you made it, your ok. You may be in pain I don't know. I hope you can hear me. Listen when you wake up you can't talk. You won't be able to talk for a week or two weeks. They did surgery on you, you came out really bad. Oppa come to me quickly come back, wake up soon please." I begged. S.coups came next to me and patted my shoulder. I let go of Woozis hand and S.coups slipped his hand in.
"Hey Woozi it's me S.coups again. I'm waiting buddy I'm ready to see you. I miss you I want you to open your eyes. Um it's crazy what you have gone through. Woozi...you...you died in front of me. I was scared I'm ready to see you..so I know you'll be ok for the rest of time." S.coups said running his fingers over Woozis hand.
"Wait what?!" I asked
"I didn't tell anyone..but he died when I first came to see him. His heart went flat and...they brought him back." S.coups said wiping his eye. Seventeen covered their mouth and let tears go.
"We could have lost Woozi. We did loose Woozi and didn't even know." Jun cried.
-fourty minutes later-
I looked over at Woozi, his hand slid to the edge of the bed. His foot came up, his chest rose. I sat up in my seat, I could see his eyes rolling under his lids.
"Woozi?" I asked
His eye lids fluttered.
"Woozi." I said
His eyes opened slowly..then I saw the brown color.
"Woozi Woozi babe." I slid my hand under his and he wrapped his hand around mine.
"Omg Woozi." Tears fell from my eyes. He looked around the room slowly as Seventeen stood. I leaned over and kissed his forehead. He crossed his fingers to make a heart. A smile ran across my face.
"I love you too..now we wait now we wait." I knoded. I sat on the bed and Woozi rested his head on my arm. Finally after nearly some what three days. Woozi was back in my arms and I could see him awake again.
