Challenge me to a battle [Part 8]

"I'm here to talk to [Name]?"

[Name] looked at the little girl confused, what could this girl want from her?

"Yes, that's me." She smiled, pointing at her chest. "Sit down." She said, pointing to the chair next to her bed.

"Thank you." She bowed and sat down on the chair, facing [Name]. "I'm Hikaru."

"Okay, nice to meet you Hikaru, but why are you here?" She asked.

Hikaru glanced at Sakura.

"In order for me to tell you, I'd like some more privacy." She said, pointing to the pink headed girl.

"But [Name], I still have to-"

"Go Sakura." [Name] retaliated.

Sakuras eyes widened at the rudeness from [Name]. She then nodded quietly and left the room.

"I remember when Sasuke ran away, he was just a boy. I was just born." She began. "What did you do to get out of that battle alive?"

"I don't know-"

"What power do you have, that is so strong that you can beat the Sharigan!" She began to yell. "Monsters are not allowed in the hidden leaf, ever!"She said, grabbing onto [Name]'s clothes. "Where is he?"

"I can't possibly tell you that-"

"Tell me!" She yelled.

Sakura and the others heard the commotion and slammed the door open, letting the other nurses take the girl away. [Name] sat in her bed, frozen. Why was everyone so interested in Sasuke? Doesn't anyone care about her well being?

"[Name], are you okay?" Naruto asked. "I knew we shouldn't have left you."

"I'm so sorry, [Name]." Sakura spoke.

[Name] nodded and grinned.

"It's okay everyone. She just showed me that I have to get better, faster." She said, pulling the covers off herself. "I have to be strong enough to protect myself, right?" She smiled, looking at the three.

Sakura looked down, where [Name]'s cuts once were. They were all gone. [Name] put on her shoes and stood up. How could she walk? She just experienced a life threatening battle against a rogue ninja, and she survived. She was just recently close to death.

"[Name], don't try to-" Naruto said, supporting her.

"Don't be like Sakura, Naruto." [Name] spit. "You know more than anyone else that you can't stop me from doing something I want to do. We will find Sasuke, and we will bring him back." She smiled.

Naruto pulled away, letting [Name] stand on her own. [Name] began to walk to the exit slowly.

"Thank you everyone, but I must get going now." She said, correcting her posture. She smiled and waved to everyone in the room. [Name] left the room, leaving everyone wide eyed.

She sighed. [Name] had to go look for that Uchiha all over again. Her stomach began to growl again. She looked around to find some food. When [Name] found a nearby Ramen shop, she sat down.

"Hi! What would you like today?"

"The regular please." She smiled, handing the man the money.

The man took the money and began to pour her soup in a tan colored bowl. [Name] turned to her left and right, looking at the people eating ramen around her. As she turned to her right, a familiar raven headed man appeared, although it wasn't Sasuke. He wore a long black jacket which seemed to be inside out. He covered his face and kept his head down. [Name] could feel an odd feeling around this man, something wasn't right.

"Hello, I'm [Name] [Surname], and you are?" She asked, placing her hand in front of his face, in means of hopefully shaking.

The man looked up and her, his eyes widening.

"You-" He began "You're [Name]?" He stuttered.

[Name] looked back at him confused. Was she supposed to know him?

"Um-" She stuttered. "Yes, who are you?" She asked.

"I'm-" He stopped. The man looked around and seemed to be startled by the amount of people around. "Could we talk somewhere more- private?" He asked.

He looked up at [Name]. As she looked into his eyes, she felt herself start to weaken, eventually falling to the ground, unconscious. An hour later, [Name] begun to wake up. She squinted her eyes.

"Hello?" She spoke weakly. [Name] looked around for the sight of anyone around. She was in what seemed to be a tree, she saw green leaves everywhere, and there was war looked like sunlight trying to sneak its way in through the cracks. A man begun to walk in front of her.

"Hello, [Name]. I'm Itachi." He smiled gently.

[Name]'s eyes widened. She was kidnapped by the man who killed Sasuke's entire family and clan? What sort of monster wanted anything to do with her?

"Why did you-"

"I'm not who Sasuke says I am, [Name]." He interrupted blankly.

[Name] gulped. If he wasn't all that she had heard, than who was he really?

"Yes, I killed my entire clan. I can't tell you why, but I need you to keep protecting Sasuke. Watch out for him, show him the true meaning of love, [Name]. Love him.

She could feel her face getting red. [Name] chuckled nervously.

"Love? Where did you get that from?" She laughed, running out of breath shortly.

"I won't accuse you of loving my brother, but I know that he's not just a friend to you, [Name]." He said, sitting down in front of her. "I need you to promise that to me."

She continued to sit on the floor, thinking about what to do. Should she really believe him? After all this time?

"Hell no!" She yelled, standing up and running back Itachi.

She jumped off the tree and onto the ground. Itachi followed.

"What are you doing?" He yelled after her plainly.

"I'm not going to believe you."

"Okay then, don't." He spoke, walking away.

[Name] watched the man slowly walk away, infuriating her. She rushed behind him and threw a hit. He turned around simultaneously and blocked the punch with the palm of his hand.Itachi looked down at her.

"Lets stop playing this game, [Name]." He spoke calmly.

"How did you-" She began."How did you know I was going to-"

"You act before you think. You are all will, no brain, [Name]. I could tell that about you the second I met you."

She relaxed her arms and brought them back down to her sides. She couldn't let him get away, [Name] wasn't weak, and she knew that she wouldn't let herself appear to be. She slowly closed her eyes, she would show him what she was made of, even if it killed her. [Name]'s pupils grew rings around themselves at a rapid speed. Her eyes opened again. Itachi just stood there, he seemed not to care. And that wasn't the reaction she was looking for.

"If you were to challenge me to a battle [Name], who do you really believe that you could win?"
