try and set a couple alarms
the night before so if you w
-ant to wake up at 7am try
and set them every 10mins
until 7am so that you're
more awake.

make sure that you're well
hydrated before you go to
sleep. You usually wake up
groggy because your body
isn't well hydrated so try
and have at least one or two
bottles of water within the
hour before you go to bed.

try and make something or
have something to look for
-ward to when you wake up
maybe plan a nice breakfast
or have a relaxing bath or
something so you just don't
think of waking up for school.

try go for a run I know that
it's a bit far fetched but I do
this every morning and it
helps me a lot I just go for a
15min run and I'm wide awake.

go for a shower . This usually
helps me to wake up more so
usually going for a 5-10min
shower and even play music
that's a bit pumped up will
help you wake up more.
