💧 ∘ cleanse
wash your face twice a day. this is super important! it helps with cleaning out dirt from your pores, which can be the cause of more pimples. never leave your makeup on overnight, be sure to take it all off.

💓 ∘ clean pillow sheets
make sure your pillow sheets are clean because your face will be on it every night.

🍈 ∘ healthy diet
eat healthy. not only will it benefit you physically, it helps prevent acne. so keep on eating those delicious fruits+vegetables & drink a ton of water, that provides healthier skin.

before going into the sun put on sunscreen with an spf of 30 to prevent excess sun damage and negatively affect your acne.

don't pop your zits. it's so hard not to, we know. but try to resist. popping your pimples will only result in inflammation, scarring, and yes, more acne.

disinfect the area with a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide product such as clean & clear advantage popped pimple relief drying paste. but don't overtreat. overusing acne products can lead to excess drying, and in some cases, chemical burns.

if you do use makeup, make sure to wash your brushes or sponges that builds up dirt and bacteria which can cause breakouts. wash it once a week.

you might not think about this but your phone can get more germ-infested than a toilet. those germs could be carried onto your face. to keep your phone bacteria-free, wipe it down a few times a day.
