____simple tips:

- have a healthy diet, eat breakfast and drink water, overall maintain a healthy inner body.- do simple, low impact stretches and then stretch towards an actual routine.

- always stretch both sides of your body. if you stretch left arm, stretch your right as well.


- be patient since flexibility takes a lot of time and hard work.

- stretch for 5-10 minutes everyday. you can find stretching routines on youtube.

✽✽✽✽shoulder stretch:

- take your arm and put it over your chest.
- push it to the side using the other arm and hold for 10 seconds.
✽✽✽✽back stretch:- lay flat on your stomach.
- use your arms and put yourself in a snake stretch. hold for 10 seconds.
✽✽✽✽leg stretch:-sit down with your legs forward.

- take one leg and swing it over the other leg.

-hold for 10 seconds.
✽✽✽✽butt stretch:
- stand up straight and squeeze your butt cheeks together (lmao).
-hold for 10 seconds.
