① bagged smoothies:
↠ the night before, fill an ice tray with yogurt and put it in the freezer
↠ fill some ziploc bags with with frozen fruit of your choice and put one yogurt cube in each bag
↠ put the bags in the freezer and in the morning, empty a bag in the blender and put in a cup of any liquid of your choice. blend it up and your smoothie is ready to go!
↠ this idea is great for super rushed mornings when you don't have lots of time to make breakfast and you can make multiple bags for an entire week

② yogurt parfait:
↠ take a scoop of greek yogurt and put it into a mug, followed by some granola, then some berries
↠ you can either put this in the fridge and eat it the next morning or make this right before school

③ frozen breakfast burritos
↠ for the filling, cook some hash browns and scrambled eggs. next, cut up some peppers, spinach and tomatoes and scramble them with eggs combine the hash browns and eggs
↠place the mixture onto a tortilla and fold them into burritos
↠ wrap the burritos in saran wrap and place them in the freezer. the next morning, heat a burrito in the microwave and you're good to go! -
