A lot of time I have spent thinking if I want the sequel for this book.

Every trail of thought leads to one conclusion: it does not need a sequel.

It is complete on its own. It can never be happy ending. It will always be an example of a relationship which can never be fulfilled how much one partner wants to keep up with it.

When I initially thought about the sequel I subconsciously wanted to believe that they would have a happy ending.

I know that Esther does not deserve a husband like Lucas and Lucas does not deserve  a wife like Esther. It's simple as that.

They wanted to keep the little spark of burning between them but they would never admit that it will always burn them down.

Esther simply did not felt will to fight with him and Lucas simply didn't want to cherish what he had:a beautiful loving wife.

Tangled up in misunderstandings and not ever feeling a need to communicate was their ultimate downfall and no another ending could make their relationship happy.

So yeah, it will not have a sequel. It's just as tragic as that.
Quite frankly,it's so badly written now that read it again. God! What was I thinking back then?
I hope I improve more in future.
