14 ~ His wife

Idhalya pov :

The boys are sitting with me and gossiping about something for long time . But I couldn't hear anything .

I was lost in my deep thoughts .

" Bhabhi ! See , what he is saying ! " Shaurya said and everyone is laughing . I have no idea about what is he talking about . I just smiled with them .

" Idhalya beta " My eyes turned to dadi side .

" Ji dadi "

" Beta , come and sit beside me "

I did .

" Tell me , what's bothering you ? " Dadi asked . I was panicked .

" No dadi . Nothing . I am fine " I try to tell dadi .

" I was watching you for longer period . You are here . But your mind is in somewhere else . Tell me . What happened ? Is it about .... Aarav "

My eyes fluttered and I hardly swallowed my saliva . I felt little nervous too .

" You know right , you can share with me anything . Including about my grandson . I won't take his side instead you " dadi said . Her words give me confidence and hope .

" Dadi , I never wanted you to take my side or choose me instead of him . He is your grandson " I tried to say . Dadi smiled at me . Like understanding .

May be dadi can give me a solution .

" Dadi , I was thinking about going to his office to give him lunch . He didn't have breakfast too . So I thought I can go . But ... I am nervous whether he don't like that " I said .

" Idhalya beta , this is what every daughter in law and wife should do . A woman must care about her husband . You worried about him . Then why are you waiting and wasting time . Go and meet him . Let's do one thing , bring food for both of you . You both have lunch together in the office . He won't dislike that . I am sure " dadi said .

" But dadi .... "

" No more but . Just do as your heart says . You both will have some time to spend together . " Dadi said in a loving voice .

I inhaled a relief breath .

And smiled at dadi .

" Ok dadi . I will as you said "

I went to the kitchen and starts preparing his favourite food for lunch .

I was so excited and curious to meet him . I was missing him from since he went for office. 

I can bring food for him , can eat food together and spend time together .

It will be awesome .

I fastly prepared his favourite food items and packed them properly . Then left for his office .

I reached his office within fifteen minutes . I was stunned on seeing his company . It's so big and classy . Then I realised who I am . With whom I get married . It's just a one of their many companies in many countries . This one company nakedly showed how wealth they are and how it makes them powerful too .

I walk inside with a carrier .

" Mam , how may I help you ? " A voice heard beside me . I turned and look after the receptionist .

" Mam , can I meet Mr. Malhotra " I said . Mr.Malhotra , for the first time .

" Do you have appointment mam "
