Chapter Twenty Eight

Harry moves his king over and says, "Check mate."

"Damn it, I hate this game." I exclaim fustrated.

"Thats because you aren't good at it." Harry chuckles.

"Oi! I don't have free time to play chess, I'm sorry!" I frown.

My phone buzzes in my pocket and I see that its a text from Bailey.

"Ice cream party in our room in five. -Bails"

"You have somewhere to be?" Harry asks.

"Actually, yeah." I give him a sympathetic look and stand up from my seat, "Bailey needs me, some girl troubles."

I kiss him on the cheek and leave the den Harry and I were playing in.

When I get to my room everyone in the Scarlett Roses besides for Haley of course is in my room holding a tub of icecream and a spoon.

"We snuck into the kitchen and stole some." Autumn tells me, grinning evily.

"Seems like a good plan... Did you get me some cookie dough?" I ask, testing if the girls know me by now.

"Do you think we would get you any other?" Mels asks having the same grin on her face.

Mels hands me my tub of ice cream and then hits play on her ipod in the ihome.

"Do you remember summer '09?

Wanna go back there every night,

Just can't lie, was the best time of my life,

Lying on the beach as the sun blew out,

Playing this guitar by the fire too loud,

Oh my, my, they could never shut us down

I used to think that I was better alone,

Why did I ever wanna let you go?

Under the moonlight as we stared at the sea,

The words you whispered I will always believe

I want you to rock me, rock me, rock me, yeah,

I want you to rock me, rock me, rock me, yeah,

I want you to hit the pedal, heavy metal, show me you care

I want you to rock me, rock me, rock me, yeah".

We all burst into hearty giggles after the song finished, just after we danced our butts off to the music.

"How are you feeling?" I ask Bailey as we finish off our ice cream.

"Better, thanks for sticking up for me." She answers with a goofy smile on her face.

"No problem." I hug her, "Thats what friends are for."

Dear Diary,

The past few days have been tiring, and hard.

I have been working my voice extremely hard, the girls are having a difficult time with Haley, and my last performance is coming up soon. The pressure is on and I don't think I have gotten a full night of sleep since, who knows how long.
