Rafael knock his knuckles on the door and sent me a pointed look. Rolling my eyes at him, the door pulled open after just three seconds and out came the second in command, Valerio Capone.

The image I saw earlier did not do him justice. With his red hair pulled up into a short bun, he bit into a burning cigar and tilt his head to the side as he stared down at us.

He was huge with a hectic amount of tattoos among his sun kissed skin. His light blue eyes narrowed in curiosity while he scanned me.

"I'm guessing this is Aurora Lopez sì?" Accent strained among the English he tried to speak and I almost smiled at how great his Italian language sound.

He stretch his hand out for a handshake and I narrow my eyes at it, a bit of resistance gathering within me. I didn't want to give him any suspicion so I drop my hands in his and shook it.

"Nice to meet you Mr..." I trailed off even though I knew his name.

Flashing me a cute smile that pop both of the dimples in his cheeks, he said. "Please just call me Valerio but if its no trouble you can just rock with Fire, no."

Nodding with a small smile, he invited me in and I stepped in and instantly admire the large living room which had white walls that was home to white couches and small tables.

A glass fireplace was situated before the couches with a complex art hanging above it. Couple feet away from there stood a staircase that led up to the rest of floors that the building held.

White marble floors overtook the flooring which was very clean as the chandelier hanging above the ceiling glinted through the tiles.

A corridor ran from behind the living room and I was tempted by curiosity to just explore the remaining rooms here.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Fire asked as he closed the front door behind him, Rafael now out of sight.

Frowning at his disappearance, I instantly masked it and smiled as Fire began to move toward the staircase.

"Very." I hummed and run my fingers through Salt's fur. He chuckled then nod his head to the steps.

"Come on let me show you to your room. Do you need help with your dog?"

Fire came across and tried to take Salt out of my hand but the Doberman only growled at him and snuggled further into my bag.

"Wow not really accepting towards strangers huh." Fire grinned as he throw his hands up and I chuckled following behind him.

"Cheetos is the only way to my dearest Salt's heart." I said and this had Fire staring over his shoulder at me in amusement.

"Salt? that's an odd name for a dog."

"Trust me I get that all the time." I laughed and immediately came up on the second floor.

Fire took the hall to his right and I trailed up to him and stop as he keyed the first door.

He opened it after the first try and then drag my suitcase into the large rustic bedroom. The room had wood-look cream floor tiles with wall paneling behind the queen size platform bed.

Couple feet away from the bed the white colored walls had large windows running from the ceiling to floor with white curtains and just behind there it had a large balcony that overlooked the forest.

Two doors were built beside the ceiling to floor windows which I guess belong to the bathroom and closet.

All in all the room was to die for!

"I'll let you get settled in do you need anything like a drink or..." Fire asked as he walked to the door.

Shaking my head, I settle the bag on the bed which Salt saw as an instant opportunity to come out.
