Like all good things, they come and go
But fallen leaves allow the tree to grow
Let me be alive through you
Let me feel through your touch

Laugh, thinking how silly I looked in that suit
Joke, how heavy the casket was to carry
Grumble, about stuffy suits and stupid ties and tight dresses and painful shoes
Be happy, so when they finally cover me with dirt
I'll know I'm leaving you in good spirits
And maybe the next time we meet
We can cry then
