With a scoff, the carrier stood up before walking through the destroyers in which immediately bowed towards her before she's now standing in front of a crowd of ship girls below the Forbidden Palace.

???':"And as you ordered, little sis. I've picked the best ships to sent towards our expedition to help the Dragon Empery against the Sakura Empire."

???:"Excellent..." She then raise her head, looking down on all of the ships before opening her mouth.

Changsha:Raised one of her hand towards the ship girl, signalling all of them to be silent. "Everyone, Our leader is speaking!"

A slew of trumpets plays as a throne, build out of gold materialized behind the carrier.

Everyone attention then turned towards the carrier, as she sat on a golden throne, overlooking the people.

???:"I appreciate everyone that I've ordered has come to my attention." She said before a tick of rain came down from the darken sky.

???:"Today, you embark on a mission of great importance. Your valor is our nation's pride, your duty an emblem of our shared commitment to safeguarding our seas."

???:"But for today. Your mission has more importance than even our greatest commanders. Your job is to safeguard our ancestor safe from the hands of the imperialist."

The slow drizzle then transformed into a rain, as everyone below the carrier keep focusing their attention to her.

Seeing that the rain has become more and more heavy, the carrier summoned her sword and pointing it to the sky as she stood up

???:"For the Glory of the Dragon, and our honor!" Swiped her sword, as a ray of light from darken clouds passed through and shines to all of the ship girls below.

???:"Go forth, brave hearts. Weile zuguo!"

The ship girls below then turned to the right, with a huge portal activated from months of worked. All of the ship girls, from submarines, corvetters, frigates and destroyers all march in to the old world.

???:Put her sword to her side whilst she walks back inside, ordering the palace door to be closed behind her.

???:"Changsha, prepare me the map for operation 'Nanyang'. Spare me the details."

Changsha:Bowed. "Yes, my leader." Goes to the war room with the carrier keep walking to her throne.

???:"Nanchang, go help Liaoning convince the Northern Parliament to our cause. I believe they were some other resistance than Yuri Andropov."

Nanchang:Salute. "Yes, empress." Walk the other way than Changsha's.

The carrier then arrive in front of her big sister before smiling.

???:"Shandong, I suppose you already knew what you're doing, right?"

Shandong:Smiled back. "Of course, my little sister." She said while patting her small figure. "Leave it to me." She said, now ordering every destroyers to follow her

Continuing her way before stopping on her own throne where she sat, putting one of her hand onto the side and laying her head.

???:"Laoying xianzai bixu dao xia. Zhongguo zhi xia de heping." She said with a relaxed mood before smiling wickedly.

???:"Hong long de rongyao, Enterprise he Forrestal."

From her right back palm, a name was written onto it. As It reads:

"Fujian Jian."
