Another visit from Garp

Things for Dawn Island have been getting better since Lillianthe took over the kingdom and became queen.

Grey Terminal was quickly being cleaned up and rebuilt into new towns, and the walls of the kingdom were taken down for those buildings.

Any valuables found in the Terminal were to be converted to money for the people rather than the kingdom.

Today, Luffy, Ace, and Sabo were visiting Lillianthe as she had to have her daughter know of the laws and customs.

"A ruler's time reflects the phases of the sun. They both rise, peak, and then fall. One day, the sun will set on my reign, and will rise with you as the new Queen." Lillianthe told her child. "As queen we serve as the head of state, acting as a focus for national identity, unity and pride; gives a sense of stability and continuity; officially recognises success and excellence; and supports the ideal of voluntary service." Lillianthe smiled.

Although Luffy was paying attention, she did touch her hat in the process.

"Hun. I know you want to sail out into the world." Lillianthe said.

"Huh? What do you mean? Are you saying you don't want her to go out to-" Ace said but......

"No, I'd let her live her life. I had to grow up at a young age, and I don't want her childhood to be taken away. Even of I said no, that wouldn't stop her from fulfilling her promise to Shanks." Lillianthe said making Luffy smile.

A few days later, Garp decided to make another visit.

However, he was not expecting Lillianthe to be there.

"So you are the woman that my son slept with? Didn't expect for him to go for a Phantomhive." Garp said.

"Well, he came from your family. You men of D are unpredictable. Besides, my goals allgn with his." Lillianthe smirked.

"Wait, are you talking about Luffy's dad? Who is he?" Sabo asked as Luffy and Ace were curious too.

"His name is Monkey D. Dragon. He's a revolutionary," Garp replies casually.

The bandits watching the exchange suddenly had a spasm and even Sabo was surprised. 

"The Revolutionary Dragon had a daughter?!"

"Luffy is Dragon's kid?!"

"That would mean Dragon is Garp's kid! What's with this family?!"

"This is the first time I've heard of Dragon's full name!"

"Huh? What's the big deal?" Luffy asks turning to look at the bandits.

Dogra's eyes are wide. "BAKA! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO DRAGON IS?!"

"He is a dangerous, like really dangerous man! Some say he's more insane than Roger!" Magra states also in shock.

That got Ace surprised. More dangerous than that man?

  "How can I explain this?" Dadan started. "Pirates wouldn't usually disrupt the government or marines intentionally... But there is currently a group trying to directly oppose the World Government. They are known as the Revolutionary Army and the man in the center is Dragon. Right now this current thought is being spread all over the world. Encouraging countries to overthrow their corrupt monarchies. A number of those countries have already fallen. As a result, the World Government is upset, and labeled him as the most dangerous criminal in the world. They have been pursuing him for a long time, but they could never find a trace of him. He's that careful in his planning. Heck, if Garp had a brain as well, then he'd be dangerous."

"And yet....." Sabo looked over at Lillianthe as she was the one who gave birth to the man's kid.

"Met him by chance. I wanted to expose lies that the government covered up. He wanted people to be liberated from corrupt nobles. Our interests overlapped." Then she sighed as she puts a hand on her cheek in bliss. "We even fell in love along the way."

Ace then looked over at Luffy who still looked curious of the whole thing.

So he wasn't the only one with a dangerous father.

She was the spawn of a dangerous criminal and a powerful new Queen, yet she is still as innocent as ever.

Well, not entirely because of her being a trainer.

After that reveal, and Garp left, Lillianthe had to head back to the Palace.

"Hey guys guess what? Mama said next month she'll have us at the palace! She wants to teach us horseback riding!" Luffy smiled.

Sabo looked excited but Ace took some convincing.
