The moment I opened my eyes I knew something was wrong. Darkness surrounds me like an endless void as if I was dropped into the pit of Tartarus himself. I check myself and realize I have no injuries even though I know that thing attacked me. {something happens} I start walking even though I don't know where I am going. As I'm walking a rustic door appears out of thin air. The sound of my sister calling to me from the other side, but when I walk around the door nothing was there. I stare blatantly at the door as I hear Ryland's strained voice for me to wake up. I reach for the door handle but as my hand firmly grasps the handle, pain erupts throughout my body. I try to let go as I scream in pain but it was as if my hand was glued to it. I turned the knob and force myself through the door and that's when the real pain started.
