I've fallen for you

"such a pitty you have to live with the fact that you are now one of them." Scarlett says."unless.." She takes my face amd squishes it in her right hand

"i will never be one of you" i spat at her.

With out warning she slaps me so hard im sure you could've heard it from the moon.

"then you can die" she hisses.

In an instant she's gone.

"come back here and fight weinie!" I uell at her. "chicken! Scaredy cat!" I continue.

I knew i was pissing her off.

At the time it seemed like a good idea.

"whats the problem, is baby Scarlett scared of a little fight?" I ask.

"die!" I hear Scarlett yell as she jumps from a tree branch. I turn around to see her eyes fixed on something behind me.

All of a sudden the smell of blood filled my lungs.

I turn to see Seth, brusied and bloddied.

Shit.

I see Scarlett start to run towards Seth out of the corner of my eyes.

I turn to her and attack.

I jump onto her, bringing her to the ground.

I feel more eyes come to watch Scarlett amd i roll around.

I pray that no one tries to get into this.

"get off of me" Scarlett says.

"I'll die before I'd let you touch him." I hiss.

Earning a distant growl from Seth.

"that can be arranged." She says to me, rolling me on my back.

I throw her off me and into a tree.

I turn so that my back is facing the edge of the cliff.

She charges at me and i panic.

What i do?

Im facing a the edge of a cliff.

The suddenly i get an idea.

I let Scarlett get afew yards infront of me before i use another one of my many gifts to tell the tree behind her to fall.

As soon as it crashes to the ground the entire earth beneath us breaks.

Sending me and the now crushed, Scarlett into the water that lay about 100 feet below us.

"Rose!!!" I hear Seth yell right before i hit the water.

"i love you" i whisper.

(Seth p.o.v):

We finally defeated them.

We defeated Scarlett's little minions.

Now all we had to do was find Rose.

No doubt she's already cornered Scarlett.

I follow Rose's scent to a small clearing on the cliff over looking the icy ocean. (named for its year long freezing temperatures.)

And there she is fight with Scarlett.

I want to help but i don't know how.

My mate could be killed by Scarlett and here i am watching.

I watch as Scarlett quickly looks up and makes quick eye contact with me. Shit she smells my blood.

Well at least i can serve as a distraction.

I pull my shirt off over my head uncovering the fresh battle wounds.

I know Scarlett smells my blood. Its only a matter of time before she snaps.

Then, she immidately looks straight at me and charges.

Rose then attacks Scarlett bringing her to the floor and starts pounding the shit out of Scarlett.

Remind me never to get on Rose's bad side.

"I'll die before I'd let you touch him" i hear Rose say.

Then the smell hits me.

Dylan is here.

I growl at him as he emerges.

"how could you let her fight?" He saus to me.

"how could you leave her." I say inreturn.

"hey i was protecting her." He says.

"from what?"

Just as i say those last words a tree falls smack dab in between Rose and me.

The fall was so hard that it caused the cliff to split.

"Rose!" I yell. I would've gone, jumped in after her if i wasn't being held back.

She fell into the water, with rocks everywhere timbling after her.

"Rose!" I yell again. But there was nothing.

Just silence.

Had I really just lost her.

Had she really been gone.

No it couldn't be.

I had just gotten her back.

Just then i start to feel a little dizzy and i see spots in my vision.

"you have got to be kidding me." Dylan says.

I fall to the ground and finally black out
