Misunderstandings

"Come Rosemee we are leaving." He said.

"Daddy i can't leave. Not now. Not ever" i say trying to make him understand.

"Rosemee classes have started and Dylan misses you remember him and Lexi?" He explains.

"well they can come visit can't they?"i offer.

I can't leave. Now way now how. This is where i belong. With my mate.

"Rosemee this was only supposed to be a short time deal." He says.

"Daddy I can't leave!" I exclaim.

"Give me one good reason!" He yells.

I can't tell him I'm pregnant. He'll only want to take me back home more. He'd be furious.

"I-I belong here" i manage.

"it's because of him isn't it?" My father says. I turn but apparently Seth left inside durring the argument.

I stay quiet.

"This is why Rosemee, mortals likr them they don't last forever. They don't know what forever is." He explians."what ever happened to Lucas?" He asks.

I say nothing.

Lucas was my ex-boyfriend/ secret fiancé. He was my first love. You could say our love was like Romeo and Juliet but it felt like much, much more. I loved him to the moon and back.

But he was killed by Vampires last spring.

After that I went into serious depression and even attempted suiside once. But i never left my room. Untill now.

"I-I can't. I just can't leave." I say. I could feel tears rolling down my cheeks.

"Rosemee you must. If you don't i will have this entire pack imprisoned for brainwashing of the princess do you hear me?" I nodd " good now go say your goodbyes."

I walk inside to see everybody starring at me.

"oh Rose" Seth says. I run into his arms and sobb.

"i can't loose you Rose i just can't" he says.

"you never will" i reply."I love you Seth always remember I love you" i say as he rubbs my back with his palm.

"I love you too Rose, Forever and always" he says.

" Come Rosemee" my father interupts.

I start sobbing harder.

I can see tears in Seths eyes as my father draggs me away.

'i love you' i mouth.

'i love you too' he mouths in reply.

"you're pregnant?" Were the first words that came out of my fathers mouth when we got to the palace.

"h-how did you know?" I ask tears still falling from my eyes.

"Emma told me." He said. " you are not keeping it." He continues.

" what why can't i?" I ask.

"i will not have my 16 year old daughter caring for an infant because of her stupidity."

"What if i want to keep it ever thought about that?" I yell.

"Don't you dare raise your voice at me young lady" he screams. " you are not keeping it and thats final now go to your room and don't come out untill dinner" he orders.

"how bout i don't come out at all" i yell running to my room. Fresh tears fill my eyes.

I open my bedroom door and jump into my bed screaming and crying into my pillow.

"Rosie?" Someone shakes me awake. Wait i was asleep?

"Rosie?" It was Dylan how did he get here. I don't remember leaving my window open.

"hey Dylan" i say sitting up.

"hey i heard you were back so i came to check on you." He says.

"yeah I'm fine" i lie.

"no your not Rosie, what happened?" He said.

I tell Dylan everything, and i mean everything. From the moment i left to now.

"wow Rosie im so sorry" he says hugging me.

"stay tonight?" I ask "if im alone for one more minute i might do the unthinkable" i say.

He looks at me and nodds then pulls my sleeves up my arm.

"i won't let you" he says starring at my scars.

And i knew in that moment. I saw in his eyes that I wasn't alone. And never would be. Dylan had saved me so many times, had been there for me always. He was my bestfriend. And always will be.

"I'll never leave your side" he says. Bringing me back into his big embrace.

"thank you Dylan" i say.
