I was at my apartment when I went to the news.

Reporter: We have breaking news. There's a complete lockdown at the GRC meeting in Lower Manhattan where authorities are saying they're tracking multiple threats from groups seeking to stop the GRC's vote on global resettlement. There is a no-fly zone in effect and the NYPD has the area secured for the moment. Everyone is urged to stay clear.

I texted Sam and Bucky and we went to the GRC. Sam flew in as me and Bucky walked to the GRC entrance.

Sam (Over Radio): I'm almost there.

Bucky: What's the plan?

Sam (Over Radio): Karli's gotta be close. Keep your eyes open.

Bucky: Well, it could be anybody.

Officer: Sergeant Barnes.

The officer stopped me.

Bucky: He's with me.

The officer nods and we walk.

Sam (Over Radio): And by the way, I called in some backup.

MAN: Excuse me, sir. Are you supposed to be here?

We turn and the man's face changes into Sharon.

Sharon: It's me.

"Sharon?"

Bucky: What the hell are you doing here?

Sharon: Relax. No one's looking for me here.

Sam (Over Radio): Do I hear Sharon?

Bucky: Unfortunately.

Sharon: Hey, Sam. I thought I'd get the band back together.

Sam (Over Radio): Thank you. You're risking a lot coming here.

Sharon: I hear pardons aren't all they're cracked up to be anyway.

Bucky: Depends on the therapist.

Sam (Over Radio): They'll move on the building soon. Be ready.

We then saw Sam fly overhead. The three of us started to enter the building.

Sam (Over Radio): Sharon, Bucky, Y/N, what's going on on your end?

"It's quiet."

Sharon: No one's moving toward the building.

Sam (Over Radio): Karli's not coming in. She's trying to force everybody out.

We enter the building as I pull out my pistols.

Sam (Over Radio): You guys are gonna have to do something. Don't let 'em out of the building.

"We're on it."

The metal detector goes off.

Sharon: Oops.

We see a soldier entering.

Bucky: Here's one of them. I'll get the evac.

Me and Bucky starts to go get the evac when a woman comes towards us.

Woman: Red Hood, it's Karli.

I take it.

"Karli?"

Karli: Aren't you tired of fighting for the wrong side Red Hood?

"I did it before. I can do it again."

Karli: It doesn't matter if I don't survive this. I'm fighting for something bigger than myself. With all the bodies your friend collected, have you been able to say the same?
