so long as I'm with you

What about hope
What about the two of us?
Will we rise again
Or fade away
Fading into oblivion

It's time to change our fates
Make a stand, make our choice
I know it's not too late
For us both to be saved
Locked up, trapped
We can be free again
But it is not going to be easy

So we take a bow,
And say that now
Now is the time we change our fates
And alter the names
We take charge of this, before it's too late
You are my one, my only, my mate

And as the colors turned to black
You were there, my rainbow in the lack
Colors burst free of their prison,
A kaleidoscope of magic filling my soul
And freeing me from this dark prism

Drowning deep
In a world so lost
So isolated, I sleep
Sleeping deep to avoid the pain
There is no other way
Until I met you, I slept all day
But now, both nights and days
Have become brighter and brighter

A kaleidoscope of pain
And a prism of fear
They lurk within my flesh
They lurk within my heart
But when I am with you,
My heart, it soars

And I know nothing
Nothing more
Than freedom and grace,
Not just fear and pain

My world unravels
And my kaleidoscope glows
I am free of this pain
So long as
I'm with you
