Lisa POV
As the night are getting deeper. I finally decided to approach Jennie, in the past hour I spend watching Jennie rejecting her suitors who want to have dance with her and that's give me hopeless and more nervousness
As I was about to stand, a hand hold my wrist. I look at the person and see Jisso looking at me, the look of her eyes telling that's she's worried for me, but I remove Jisso hand on my wrist and continue to leave going to Jennie table
"C--can I ha--ve a da--nce wi-th y-you?" As expected I got stuttered when I ask Jennie to have a dance. Jennie look at me with raise eyebrows
"Why would I?" Jennie smirk when she see my trembling hand
"I--i just want to say something" I bite my lips because of nervousness as I see Jennie eyes intently look at me.I got startled when she stand and whispered to me "tell me" Jennie said with a little command tone
"I love you" I said with no hesitation while my eyes is close. I deeply sigh when I didn't heard anything, suddenly I heard a laugh that makes my eyes open
"Hahahaha!!!.. and?... Do you expect... that I will say I love you too? Then after that we will became girlfriends?" Jennie chuckled before getting the attention of everyone
"Hey guys listen!! this girl right there" she point at me. "She's said I love you to me" as Jennie said that Everyone in the party laugh at me
"Oh I don't know that nerd is your type Jennie" one of students said making everyone laugh more
"Duh! Ofcourse not!" Jennie rolled her eyes
I look down in embarrassment. I expected this. I almost prepared for this because I usually see this. Making every nerd embarrassed but still its hurt, I heard everyone laughing their ass off.
"She make herself embarrassed" I heard someone whispering to each other. I look at my friends table their eyes full of worry, I see IU about to come to me probably to save me but I saw Jisso holding her wrist trying to stop her.
I freeze when I feel a hot liquid flowing to my tummy part, I look at my side to see Jennie holding a glass of hot water looking at me innocently.
"Sorry" she said with a cute tone. My tummy is surely burn right now, the hot water she shower at me, it's seems like it's just get it from Heater. I feeling like hell now. I look at her. The innocent look she give me when she's saying sorry turn to creepy smile. The next thing she do is she grab my glass and throw it somewhere makes my sight blurred. The crowd getting louder, everybody is cheering and laughing when I start to crawl on the floor finding my glass. I use my hand to search when something touch my hand... it's my glass. I was about to hold it when a heels stomped my glass including my hands. I groan in pain because of what happened
Suddenly someone came to help me.
"Your enough Jennie! Your enough!" I Heard someone shout while grabbing me to stand.
"Unnie!" This time I heard Rosie shout at jennie
I didn't feel that someone is already dragging me. The pain, burn tummy and embarrassment that's what I feel right now
Did she really hate me?
Why I need to get this?
I'm sobbing while IU comforting me. Jisso scolding me. Telling that I need to stop courting Jennie from now on. She said this is the first time that Jennie being brutal to a nerd. Yes. She did pushed a nerd but not as brutal as what she did to me.
"Wait" IU suddenly lift my shirt to see my red and burn tummy.
"Shit...she cursed while looking at my tummy
"Jisso enough, we need to bring Lisa to hospital her tummy is so red she will get infection" IU stop Jisso from scolding me. She suddenly drag me.
"Let's go"
"Drink this" IU hand me an medicine give by Doctor
"Thank you" she look at me with so much worried in her eyes. Her eyes is wet? Wait...is she crying?
"Stop courting Jennie" IU suddenly speak "All she did is to hurt you, that's enough Lisa" She added and finally her tears are flowing. I surprised to see IU crying. I was about speak
I---
"Stop it Lisa" Rosie suddenly came. "I don't want to see you getting hurt more" she hold my hand caressing my thumb
I think they right. It's enough. All the torture, Rejection, Embarrassment that I get from loving her, adoring her. Al I did is to love but why I need to get this. Suddenly I feel bodies collapsing with mine. My friends is hugging me
"Thank you guys. Love you"
From now on. I stopped courting the one and only Jennie Kim
