(This takes place in an alternate timeline of 'With Lungs Like Gills', where Karamatsu still has his full merman form. Karamatsu has full range from baritone to bottom bass, all of which can be heard in the video.)

His chest heaved as blood swirled in the water surrounding him, his sharp fangs and taloned fingers stained with the same color while his eyes never lost their hatred.
The metal hull of the humans' research vessel sank into the dark abyss beneath him, not a single person surviving the underwater attack after he methodically sang his tune to enchant them. They had all fallen to his ability, most of them throwing themselves willingly overboard while a select few stayed onboard to ensure that the ship would destroy itself.
His glowing blue hues briefly locked on to the female scientist, her green eyes dull and lifeless as blood slowed its ebb from the gaping wound nearly severing her head from her body. As soon as she revealed his existence to the others onboard, the disgusting human signed over her life while he listened to her through the bottom hull.
Karamatsu was a fool to even entertain the idea that there may have been a single human that was innocent of the crimes Osomatsu condemned them for.
"Your lines have grown."
Closing his eyes and pulling his attention from the massacre sinking deeper under him, Karamatsu let out a long sigh before casting a glance over his shoulder, "Then you haven't found a cure?"
The red lionfish merman barely shook his head as his own dark hues followed the trail of death and destruction, his pectoral fins flaring a little to remain in position, "Todomatsu has been less than helpful while Jyushimatsu refuses to answer my call."
