Jay's pov

"Suyeon. Wake up"
I adjusted her hair out of her face.

I never thought we'd be waking up beside each other again. In fact, in our own house.

She woke up after a few repetitions.

"Are you cooking breakfast??"
She still sounds so sleepy.

"There's nothing in the fridge, remember? Your eyes are still puffy from last night by the way"
I pointed to her eyes.

"Don't even. You know what, just go buy breakfast. I'll sleep in a bit longer"
She turned to the other side.

"Do you wanna go on a date?"
I asked.

She then faced me again.

"Really?"
Her eyes were twinkling.

"Mhm. Go wash up and get ready. I have something planned after breakfast"
I ruffled her hair.

"Okay!"
She exclaimed.

She's still the same little girl who gets excited over little things.

(In the city of Seoul, 10am)

Suyeon's pov

"Where are we going?"
I asked.

"Do you remember when we went to Namsan Tower all those years ago? I want to visit there again with you"
Jay said.

"Our love lock! You still remember!"
I shrieked in excitement.

"Of course, Choi"
He smiled.

"Should I come up with a nickname for you? Since you call me Choi?"
I clinged onto his arm

"What about Jjonghuahua?? You called me that last time"
He dragged.

"It's too long. How about. Hmm…love?"
I let out a chuckle.

"Love?"
He was blushing.

"This is my first time seeing you all red. Hah"
I poked his cheek.

"Tsk"
He touched his cheek feeling embarrassed.

"Do you prefer to be called honey, or Choi?"
He asked.

"I'm okay with anything. As long as your my love~"
I grinned and he cracked a smile.

We reached Namsan Tower and took the elevator to the level where all the love locks were hooked on a railing.

The railing had way more locks that it did since the last time we went here.

"I think our lock was somewhere here. It was green"
Jay guessed.

We spent our time looking for our lock which was buried in the depths of these romantic treasures.

"Wait, I found it!"
I found a green lock with our initials on it.

It read: P.JS♡C.SY

"Wahh. It really is still here"
Jay came over beside me.

I took out my phone and snapped a photo of the lock. I had to capture this moment.

"Lovee, smile please"
I put the camera on selfie mode and took a photo of us.

"Oh and..would you mind unblocking me? You haven't unblocked me since you left"
He scratched his nape.

"Oh my gosh, I'm sorry. I forgot"
I bit my inner cheek.

I went to my contacts and scrolled to find his contact. This is a long *ss list.

"Woah, Choi. How many guys have you contacted since I was gone?"
He sounded amused, peering over my shoulder.

"No wait, I swear they're just my colleagues"
I continued scrolling until I found his contact.

I pressed it and unblocked him. I looked as the messages started to flood in, from when he looked for me tirelessly.

"You were really worried huh"
I looked up at him.

I felt a wave of guilt crash into my heart.

"Yea..I didn't receive any messages that day you left early until the next day when the manager told me what happened"
He said.

"Sorry, love. I'll never do that again. I don't want you to worry anymore"
I hugged him.

"It's okay. Don't dwell in the past, honey"
His voice was so sweet.

He broke the hug.

"Let's go try some dessert? There's a restaurant downstairs"
He suggested.

I nodded and we took the elevator down one level.

We sat near a window seat. Jay ordered some fancy looking ice cream for us and we waited.

"How are the members? Do they have girlfriends?"
I asked out of curiosity.

"They're holding up just fine. I think Jungwon, Jake, and Heeseung is taken currently"
He looked up, right while thinking.

"Do they know that you're marrying me?"
I asked.

"Why? Do you want the whole world to know?"
He stifled a laugh.

"No. But I don't have any friends and I don't mind if I can get along with your friend's girlfriends, you know? And they can be my bridesmaids"
I shrugged.

"I'll be sure to ask them if they're available sometime. And also, I thought you weren't close to your parents?"
He tilted his head.

"Oh, about that. They came back a month ago. I agreed to this marriage because I didn't want to make them upset after not seeing them for years"
I explained.

"What if I wasn't the guy you were going to marry?"
He raised his brows.

"Well..I'd have no choice but to accept it. But don't you dare get upset at a theoretical question, Jay"
I warned with a finger.

"Okay, honey~"
He sighed while smiling.

A waiter served us our ice cream and we tried it. It was chewy, sort of like gelato. I liked it.

"Did you ever think of meeting me again? Like at least once?"
Jay asked in a low tone.

A pause.

"Yes..I continued watching you on TV, seeing how enhypen got awards and achieved things. I always wondered if one day I'll cross paths with you again"
It felt like there was a lump stuck in my throat.

I swallowed it back.

"I was full of hope. I wanted you back in my life again. But maybe it wasn't the right time for us back then"
He assumed.

"That's possible. Either way, we've found each other again, and I'm more than grateful, love"
I responded.

He nodded his head.

There was silence for a while as we ate the ice cream and enjoyed the view of Seoul. It was peaceful.

"Do you want to do something fun tomorrow?"
He put down his spoon.

"How fun can it get?"
-Me

"Pretty fun. I'll invite the members. Maybe their girlfriends as well? Who knows?"
He likes to keep me on my toes.

"Omg! Okay! I won't ask anything. Just surprise me"
I squealed and he laughed

Life is full of surprises, and so is Jay.

A/n: Just assume that the messages work like that, um, the part where unsent messages start flowing in when you unblock a person.

And there was no chapter of them hanging the love lock but I did mention that Jay brought her to Namsan Tower before in chapter 21.
