Suyeon's pov

I woke up to my alarm and fluttered my eyes open.

I saw that Jay wasn't here anymore. He probably left. I went to the kitchen and saw food placed on the table with a sticky note beside it.

Sticky note: Good morning. I cooked breakfast for you. Don't forget to eat well. I hope you enjoyed last night~

I scoffed at his sticky note and sat down. He cooked me kimchi fried rice with an egg on the side. It tasted amazing, as usual.

I felt strangely refreshed today. I probably slept like a baby last night.

(Company, 10am)

Jay's pov

"Where did you go yesterday?"
Sunghoon asked.

"Just shopping"
We were strolling through the hallways.

"For what? You didn't text any of us back the whole time"
His eyes showed confusion.

"I just went to buy pyjamas"
I replied vaguely.

"You're acting strange. Where did you actually go?"
Sunghoon prompted.

"Gosh I need to learn how to hide things. I went to Suyeon's house"
I rolled my eyes.

"Huh? Why? Wait, don't tell me y-"
I put a finger over Sunghoon's lips, shutting him up.

"I did"

"You did it with her?"
Sunghoon whisper-shouted.

"NO?!"
I was appalled by his accusation.

"I only slept with her you dumb*ss"
I hit him on the arm.

"But still. That's a bit bold of you. She just let you sleep with her?"
Sunghoon said.

"It was a bet"
I then explained to him what the bet was.

"Does she like you?"
He asked.

"I can't tell if she truly has feelings for me. We bicker too much"
I responded.

"Just confess or something"
He ran a hand through his hair.

"She once told me that she would never accept a confession from me"
I fidgeted with my fingers in the pockets of my hoodie.

"You never know, Jay. Judging by the way she puts up with your small arguments, I think she likes you"
Sunghoon said.

"Maybe another time. When I think she gets more comfortable around me"
I stopped in front of a window and admired the view of the Han River.

"You guys can sleep on the same bed. How much more comfortable can you get?"
Sunghoon chuckled.

"Shut up. I was drunk the first time and it was a bet, the second"
I looked at him.

"Okay. Whatever works for you, works for the members"
He patted my back.

I'll have to wait for her to change to the green light. It's still stuck on orange.
