the ducks were on a roll, with the first two games completed they had successfully won both games. with that the team went out to celebrate their victorys.
inside the diner it was quiet, it also gave most of the ducks deja vu from mickeys diner. but all the ducks sat at the biggest table with aurelia in the middle of charlie and dean.
"oh come on i destroyed that dude, he was all in my face, i had to teach him a lesson" aurelia said taking a bite out of her burger. "yeah those italian boys really has some beef between us for no reason" connie joined in.
"me and those guys are like best buds" goldberg said smirking "you wish goldberg" charlie chuckled as the rest of the team did so too
underneath the table aurelia placed her hand into charlies, making the two teens hands lock into each others. she turned to see his ears getting red. aurelia smiled and saw averman across from her trying elbow goldberg to show him charlie and her
but goldberg didn't care at the time, he was about to take a sip of his chocolate milkshake. but if you were to ask any one of the ducks they were starving and just wanted to eat
the brunette girl spotted averman and gave him a death stare, "sorry elia" he said embarrassedly as he began to look down as he took a fry and placed it into his mouth.
the conway boy gently placed his head on aurelias shoulder.
aurelia is like charlies protecter. if he ever needed anything she'd be there. if anyone where ever to pick on him she'd be there and pick on them instead. and thats what made charlie feel so safe around her.
looking over aurelias shoulder was dean. he had a furious look on his face as he saw charlie resting his head on his best friend.

when the group of teens got back to their dorms aurelia stayed back with dean at the lobby.
"listen evans" he started as they sat on a couch "that conway boy really likes you, so go for it"
aurelias eyes shifted to the floor as she remembered how he was her first kiss, but things seemed different when they went to california. and she missed it
"i know but, things have changed i dont know what me and him are anymore, one second hes all over me and the next its like we dont even know each other" she sighed
dean was always there to help her though, get information on the boy she liked so she knew what to do. but this was different dean barely knew the dude
so the only thing he could do what give her advice, and in return she'd do the same for him.
