"mom...?!" scara was shocked to see ei so sudden.

ei gave you guys a big smile. sandrone looked confused at first but then it hit her.

"ah! ei, it's been a long time! how've you been?" sandrone bowed and they shook hands.

"ah, dear sandrone. it has been a long time. i am doing well, thank you. i have been informed of dottore's acts. you may stay with me and yae." ei looked at you.

"like this isn't the first time we have done this..." she smiled and winked.

you nod shyly and bowed.

signora and childe knocked on scara's door. "we're done packing guys!"

scara sighed and put on his backpack. you followed suit, and gave cloud some final pats and kisses.

cloud seemed to know what was going on, and meowed desperately.

"i'm sorry cloudie~ you adorable baby, we have to-" you started but sandrone interrupted.

"take the cat. if dottore comes here, he is most likely gonna take the cat..." sandrone said nervously. you immediately picked her up.

cloud meowed and smiled happily, purring softly.

"are you ready?" scara looked at you. he looked tired, and stressed. he had eyebags, and yet he still looked gorgeous with his dark clothing.

you wrapped your arm around scara's and pecked his cheek.

"mhm~ let's go, before that psychotic ass comes here.." you giggle.

off back to ei's humble abode...

you all finally made back to ei's gorgeous home. it's traditional inazuman decorations and architecture never failed to amaze you.

scara smirked proudly.

kazuha, sandrone, childe, and signora were grabbing their bags and luggage.

you held cloud who was pawing and  meowing for your pets and cuddles.

"welcome, kazuha and sandrone. you two have not been here before, whilst for the rest of you, i can say welcome back." ei smiled.

you all walked inside and began going into rooms. ei had four bedrooms, so it seemed like you would have to pair up.

signora and childe of course did, neither of them knew kazuha that well and were still cautious of sandrone.

you and scara walked back upstairs to scara's old room. the nostalgia hit him and he smiled to himself.

he held onto your hand the whole time, gently caressing your fingers. his eyes were sparkling with contentment. ever since he let out his emotions to his mother, he seemed to be more put together.

"scara? you look really happy.." you commented, cupping his warm cheek, his face was always soft.

scara gave you a smile. not just one with lips, an actual smile with teeth showing.

your heart skipped a beat.

"i'm... not really sure. i'm just really content right now for some reason. is that alright, my darling?" his eyes softened, his eyesmile melting your heart.
