People that travel Inazuma say that around 3:30 in the morning they hear a cry. The cry is said to be Rikka, the last L/N. But no one can confirm this theory other than maybe Ei, Scaramouche, Yae Miko, and possibly Ayato + Ayaka. The Rikka Myth/the beginning After the Yukotashi clan hunted down the L/N clan, a girl who seeks revenge is all thats left. Cursed with a long long life that wont end till the archons kill her. She now stays hidden in a place that's difficult to get in and out of. Till Tsuki came across her. Y/N would tell everyone that her name was Rikka, when it wasn't. Tsuki and Rikka returned to Inazuma city, which was kind of different than Y/N last saw it. She ended Up coming across Raiden Ei, and Yae Miko.
