After The container exploded, it created a shockwave.

Usagi got a massive pain in her head, causing her to fall to the ground.
The Holy Peerage quickly helped her.
Ami, Makoto, Minako, and Rei Felt the shockwave and started to have massive pains in their heads.
Same as for Michiru, Haruka, and Setsuna.
