Max Verstappen punches teammate?
Max Verstappen was seen being ushered through the paddock after press day by former teammate Elodie Carter, however, that wasn't the most unusual part of the whole sight. More startling was the bloody and swollen right fist of Max, while Elodie seemed in tears. Could this have something to do with Carter allegedly dating his teammate after they were spotted together last year?
Carter's interview with Vogue last year would serve to dispel such rumours of a relationship but fans are left confused by the scene presented in the photos below. All we know is there is a lot of drama going on behind the scenes as Elodie, who is currently leading the championship, escorted Max to the medical centre as the two continued a somewhat heated disagreement.
It's an uncharacteristic interaction for the two drivers who don't tend to talk that much with a few exceptions regarding one another's families.
