Eduardo had never fully grasped the art of talking to people. He was rude, a little arrogant and very awkward. His words sounding sarcastic or blunt.
Some people— or most people— just couldn't get passed his front.
For years it had been up, never dropping nor budging. Ever since he was young it was all he could remember. It was all he knew
Of course his childhood didn't help in his favour, but he knew better than to use a sob story. It just wasn't him.
He couldn't even blame Edd, the one who presumably started it all. They were kids.
This was just who he was: a blunt, rude and arrogant sounding man with a heart of gold. And he had begun to accept that fact.
That is, until he met you~
