Neil: think again, you want chocolate ice cream.

Avni nods.

Neil was about to go.

Avni: no.

Neil sighs and looked at Avni because he already knew that.

Avni: cookies and cream ice cream.

Neil: ok.

Neil turned.

Avni: stop, Neil.

Neil falls his neck back. He closed his eyes and grins his teeth.

Avni: chocolate chip.

Neil turned his face to her.

Neil: Are you sure?

Avni nods.

Neil: ok.

Neil turned to go and was going.

Avni: Neil.

Neil made a crying face. He was already tired as he came late from the hospital and now this. Neil turned his face. Avni thinks.

Avni: no, chocolate chip is right. Yes, chocolate chip. I want it.

Neil: Are you sure?

Avni nods.

Neil: should I lock it?

Neil turned and was going and he heard Avni call his name.

Avni: Neil.

Neil stopped but this time, he frowns. Neil turned and was shocked to see Avni's crying face. Neil came to Avni and sat on the bed. Neil cupped Avni's face.

Neil: what happened, Avni?

Avni looked down and he sobbed by looking down.

Neil: what happened, Avni? You are ok? Baby is fine? Are you having pain?

Avni shook her head by looking at Neil.

Neil: then?

Avni: I am sorry.

Neil frowns.

Avni: the whole day, you spent in the hospital and in the night, I disturb you.

Neil sighs. He shook his head.

Neil: you scared me, Avni.

Avni sobs.

Avni: I am serious.

Neil smiled. Neil again cupped Avni's face.

Neil: Are you mad, Avni? I am enjoying this phase.

Avni sobs.

Neil: I am loving it. You don't know how much I am enjoying this all. You have no idea how much I am loving it. These all are the moment that we will cherish in the future.

Avni was cutely looking at him.

Avni: I don't want any ice cream.

Neil: but I will buy it because my baby wants it and I will also buy chocolate for you.

Avni smiled slightly. Avni hugged Neil.

Avni: you are the best.

Neil smiled and Avni kissed his cheek.

Avni: I love you.

Neil smiled. Avni moved back.

Neil: I love you, too.

Avni smiled. Neil leans towards Avni.

Neil: You kissed me but I want to kiss your lips.

Avni blushed.

Neil: and I will get it when you will have the ice cream. I will taste the flavour from your lips.
