Eunjin heard a knock on her dorm door, it was only noon and she was inside about to leave to visit her mother for the weekend. She opened the door only to find Jaemin standing outside of it.
"What are you doing here?" Eunjin gave him a look as he wiped his teary eyes. She could see that he'd been crying and of course she just had to help him. "What happened?" she asked him, pulling Jaemin inside so no one could see his saddened state.
"I really messed up.." Jaemin whispered, his throat from all the crying he had done. He knew that he had lost his friendship with his best friend and possibly his other friends as well. All because of his mistake.
"You seem to be messing up alot these days.." she mumbled. "I'm sorry Eunjin, I really am. I didn't mean to say those words. You're really nothing like that I swear!" he lifted his head up a bit and she could finally see his red eyes. "But I really messed up with Jeno and I don't know what to do.."
"Do you want to explain the situation to me?"
Eunjin saw him nod his head as she lead him to her bed to sit. "On New Years, I got drunk but not to the point where I couldn't remember anything, I still had control over what I was doing and at the time I was really seeking for any type of attention. Jooyoung, Jeno's ex girlfriend, told me that they had broken up.."
"And you slept with her..?" she mumbled. "Yeah, but I didn't know they were actually still together at the time! I should've never done it, I regret it so much.." Jaemin placed his hands over his face as she only stared at him. "Did you tell him exactly what you just told me?"
"I tried to."
"Then? Go tell him. You were already late on telling him before, don't make him wait any longer for your explanation." Eunjin placed his hands over his, pulling them away from his face so she could look at him.
Jaemin couldn't help but look at her in pity, she was being nice to him, listening to what he had to say about his problem when she didn't have to. It made him realize how much of a bitch he was to her. Eunjin has been nothing but nice to him ever since they met and yet he was selfish.
"Aren't you going to go?"
"I can't.." Jaemin mumbled, leaning his forehead onto her shoulder as she froze. "Eunjin, just let me stay for a bit." he said, hearing her sigh. "Just for a bit." Eunjin glanced at him as he lifted his head up, meeting his brown eyes while they looked at each other.
Once again, she felt like she was going through her memories. As if she were living in the past again. Jaemin leaned closer to her, soon their noses touching then their lips. Eunjin slowly kissed him back with ease and raising her hand to the back of his head.
She knew it. She knew she was too easy to trick, but she couldn't help it. That's how she's been her whole life, a girl who will fall for a sob story from a guy who will get what he wants.
And that guy was Jaemin.
