9. Psycho woman on the loose

Abi didn't know what to do.

The man before her leaned back in his chair and remained sour. Any insecure expression seems to increase his foul mood. At this point Abi had no suitable face left to persuade him. There they sat opposite from one another without a single word echoing through the room, their faces made the communication all on their own.

As I had some time to explore the mansion a little further and entered a room with a chair and fireplace.

Obviously not the destination I had hoped for. Checking all the walls for a secret entrance did not help either. I have heard that old mansions hold such secrets but does this count for a hat like manor? Looking round all, I could hear was some rambling...coming from below. In an instant I got on all fours and pressed my ear against the carpet. There, there it was! There has got to be a way downstairs. And of course, there was one hidden underneath the large stairs like no one should know it existed. It only took one step to stop immediately. Outside was it loud and noisy, like someone was running for his life...ah probably some villain having a bad day...should be a normal in on this island.

Without wasting anymore time, I got down there. Mind you, my watch is on the line.

And it was about time to find the blue bear. He stood before my precious little gem and ready to pour honey over it. Immediately, I panicked, "Stop it right there!"

He looked confused but obeyed, "honey away from my watch!"

His eyes started to water withdrawing the large glass, "That's right, back off slowly and I won't hurt you...yet." The bears attention changed quickly to something in the other room which seems to be a lab. As if he had seen a ghost, he dropped the glass making it shatter.

"I told you to back off not smash it"

He pointed behind me, but I took no notice, "What is it now?" Annoyed I took back my watch and buried it into the deepest pocket I had on me. For a minute I thought I heard a crack fearing I broke it and took another look. Revealed it wasn't the case...but...what was the cracking sound?

The bear turned me around and hid behind me, only for me to see some woman in a PJ. Her long messy bright green hair spread all over the place, which was far from her insane expression. It seems to be furious and yet, ready to murder me. Her hand reached up ready to attack as her voice growled at me, "Keep your hands of my love".

Irritate I looked back to the bear and reversed, "Oh sorry I didn't know he was yours". A little nervous at her glare I pushed the bear before her. Her growl was getting worse, especially as she pushed the bear with such force that he slammed into the nearest wall. Completely stunned I stood there in shock. Her tone darkened, "He is all mine".

Afraid I stepped back, "Who ever you mean you can have him! I am only here for a friend of mine." Which she didn't seem to buy, her answer was to get an ax and give me a right swing. Luckily, I could dodge it only to get a small cut on my neck. That was deadly close. Her rage just seems to get worse by the minute, running after me. Back to where I started at the main door my only chance was to get upstairs. I tried the front door alright, only to see the doc getting attacked by the guard system they owned. Before he could reach me, I slammed it shut. I already got one nutter in the mansion, I don't need another to make things worse. With another few swings, she gave me only a few cuts but to life threatening ones...at least not for the time being. She was like a psychopath, enjoying this game quite a lot. This isn't how I wanted to die, running up there missing a few stairs and into the first room that opens. Too bad for me all the doors opened but mainly are dead ends. One has countless screens against the walls and the last one didn't make any sense at all. Wherever you look, there are stairs in all angles even upside-down ones. This place gets weirder by the minute. So next off the stairs to the third floor. The woman was no where to be seen. Unaware she was extremely close, literally crawling over my head.

At the office, Abby started to fiddle with her fingers getting scared of his glare.

But for Black hat, he just got up from his chair startling Abi, before heading towards the doors. Abigail turned around fearing the worst and opened her mouth to beg for her life. But before any words escaped her lips, he opened the door.

Seeing a terrified me rushing into his office...and right into his arms.
