Draco worked up when it was dark. Someone was holding his hand as he had something connected to him. Glancing around he saw a blood bag that was connected to him, the figure that was holding his hand wasn't Nico.

It was Daedalus.

"We need to talk," the man said as he noticed that he was awake. (Draco did not whine when he took the warm robotic hand away from him.)

3rd PERSON POV

Daedalus committed suicide.

He sacrificed himself to save the camp, Draco doesn't know if he's glad that he made much of an impact on the guy that he'll leave him his super-smart computer with him. He hasn't told anyone about it nor has he even look inside it, but would probably look at it later but for now it's just a bit awkward looking through a dead person's laptop, especially since he doesn't know if Daedalus was able to delete his own personal stuff (other than those blueprints of course).

Right now Draco was making some basic meal for both Sirius and him, Sirius had something to share with him when he arrived, but Draco told him he had to clean himself from his soaked clothes, so as Sirius showered he started making some pasta. He was extremely pleased to see that Sirius was able to keep the clean and have some food in it even when he was a known criminal and could potentially be identified. He doubt it since he was sure that the illusion he left at the prison could still go on for a little while longer.

"What you doin'?" Sirius asked as he came out, he glanced at him and saw him using his towel to dry his hair. The audacity. "Food, but I'm debating if I'll let you eat it or make you do your own food for using my towel," Sirius spluttered before just sighing. "Yeah yeah, anyways... I have to tell you something" Draco hummed as if saying 'continue' as took out the pasta from the boiling water. "The public knows that I escaped. It was in the newspaper a few days ago. It seems that whatever magic you did back then wore off," Draco dropped the oven on the sink, the hot water making a mess while barely missing his hand.

"Fuck."

Sirius nodded, "Fuck indeed."

oOo

It wasn't Draco's best idea but it was the only one that he saw that could work. He's alone and Sirius is in his animagus form pretending to be Draco's own dog. He didn't know if he was crazy for trying sneak in a whole big ass dog and have it be seen as a cat or the fact that he had a bad feeling that something was going to happen as soon as he stepped in the train. He held unto Sirius as more time passed and the feeling of being in danger didn't go away.

His gut feeling was proven to be true when he heard the screams of those in the other train cabin's screamed in terror. The lights flickered and he could see his breath with how cold the place got. Draco stayed quiet and slowly grabbed Sirius, ready to get out at any sign or danger. He looked out the window and saw how cloudy it was, there was something else outside though, dementors.

Their grizzly dark look was filled with smoke that came as they flew by. White skeleton hands where the only be seen with their skeletal face peaking through their clothe as they flew by. They looked like what mortals would think Thanatos looked like. One thing that Draco noticed about them was how they somehow looked like they were looking for something or someone. He had an idea on who the someone was, but he didn't imagine that they where going to be here on the train to Hogwarts, was this even normal?
