The mixed amount of attention Felix was getting after the incident that happened today made him feel sick. Minho's rumors spread like wildfire, half of the school believing the false accusations. Unfortunately, word had gotten to Jisung which fueled whatever fire the boy had against him. Felix knew that Jisung would tell his parents everything the next time he saw them at church.

The rumors were so bad that even Hyunjin had questioned Felix about it, unsure if it were true or not. Everything had turned sour quickly, the day resulting Chan getting suspended and Minho getting let off with a warning after their fight. The rumors made Felix feel dirty on so many levels. People looked at him like he was a slut, something he couldn't say he enjoyed.

Felix didn't want to let this discourage him though. This was supposed to be a new start for him. He wanted to remain as positive as possible, even though he was the school's biggest topic at the moment.

The final bell had rang, Hyunjin walking side by side with Felix out to the school parking lot. "Will you be okay?" Hyunjin asked, snapping at a group of kids who walked by giggling. "I don't want to let this get the best of me. Tomorrow's a new day." Felix said, forcing out a smile while scanning the parking lot.

"Text me please." Hyunjin said, look of worry plastered on his soft features. Felix only nodded, feeling small from all the looks he was currently getting. Hyunjin frowned, pulling the short boy into a hug. "Take things easy, Lixxie. It'll get better I promise." He smiled, waving while fading off into the crowd.

"Tell me how your date with Jeongin goes!" Felix called out, a small genuine smile forming for the first time in a while. "Bet your ass I will!" The taller blonde said, scurrying out of sight. Felix let out a small sigh, walking to Chan's car. The brunette's suspension didn't start until tomorrow, so he was able to take Felix home no problem.

The blonde felt his heartbeat quicken the closer he got, knowing that Chan was inside waiting for him. They haven't really spoken since earlier that morning and Felix felt tense. He was flooded with his usual questions, having to resist the urge to ask them once he got inside the car.

Felix couldn't help but examine Chan's slightly bruised cheek. He could only assume Minho managed to get one good punch in. The brunette didn't say a word, face void of emotions while he texted somebody on his phone. Felix couldn't help but glance at the screen, curious as to who it was. He frowned when he couldn't make out the tiny text on the screen. The only words he could make out was the contact name, "Seungmin".

"Nosey much?" Chan snapped, causing the blonde to jump in his seat. The first few words from him in a while, and it wasn't even anything positive. "S-sorry..." Felix softly said, looking down at his hands in embarrassment. Chan only groaned, driving out of the school parking lot in silence. It was painfully quiet, not even music played like normal on their way home.

The AC in the car was freezing, almost suffocating to Felix. It was clear Chan was in a much worse mood than usual. He looked beyond pissed and upset with the events that took place today. Felix sat there quietly, resting his head on the window while he watched the buildings pass by.

It felt nice to finally get away from all the drama for the day, but Felix's mind still ran wild from everything. People thought he was gay, fuck buddies with Chan, and a slut who easily puts out easily thanks to Minho. Felix honestly preferred life before today. Nobody bothered him, or made fun of him that badly his whole life.

Part of him really did want to just ask Chan to take him home. It was officially a whole day since he moved in with the brunette and nothing but bad has happened thus far. He couldn't help but think maybe this was God's way of punishing him for leaving his parents and touching Chan inappropriately. Maybe he was a everything Jisung had called him earlier today in class.

His mind was running wild. Why was Chan being mean to him again? Why were all these bad things suddenly happening to him? Why did Chan get mad when Minho flirted with him? All this thinking made his head hurt and eyes sting. He couldn't help the small sniffle that escaped, wiping away the tears that fell rapidly. He hid his face in his sleeves, trying desperately to remain quiet so Chan wouldn't hear.

He tried pushing away the intrusive thoughts of going home. He really wanted this to work out. It hasn't even been two days, so it felt foolish to base everything off of a few bad things that could change in due time. It's not like going home was really the best choice either. His parents would definitely send him back to Australia to his creepy uncle. He didn't want that at all.

His urge to get closer to Chan only got stronger after today. He didn't really know why, but Chan was slowly becoming the biggest priority on his list for some reason. Even after all the stuff that was said about them and their relationship. He didn't want to move out of Chan's apartment. Felix knew things would get better in due time, he just had to be patient and hope these negative thoughts would go away.

"Stay away from Minho." Chan coldly said, voice stern and deep. Felix couldn't help but ask why, earning a groan from Chan. "I shouldn't have to tell you why. Are you stupid?" He spat, eyes locked onto the road while he talked.

Felix couldn't help by cry harder, trying his best to not make Chan even more mad. "I-I..." He called out, shutting up immediately to try to stop himself from crying. "O-okay." Felix whimpered, wiping away his tears while they pulled into the apartment parking lot.

They were quiet all the way up until they stepped inside, Felix's small sniffles filling the tense air. Chan stepped in first, kicking off his shoes and setting his bag down. Felix followed suit, slowly kicking off his shoes and setting down his bag while he cried. He couldn't see past the tears that blurred his vison, wiping them to be met with Chan's figure.

"C-Chan?" Felix asked confused, wondering why the brunette was just standing there staring at him. "W-what are you-?" His words were cut short by being thrown against the wall, a small sense of fear clouding his senses while he made tense eye contact with Chan. Tears fell while the brunette looked him up and down.

Felix struggled to get out the older boy's grasp, hands pinned by either side of his head tightly. "Why are you doing this?" Felix asked, scared by what was going to happen next. "Chan? Please tell me why you're doing this!" Felix cried out. Chan's grip only got tighter, gaze getting darker by the second.

"Chan?! W-why are you doing this?" Felix let out a loud sob, falling limp in Chan's hold. Why wasn't Chan saying anything? It was scary. The brunette remained quiet, gently letting go of the scared blonde before walking into his bedroom and slamming the door shut. Felix couldn't help but fall weak onto the floor, crying hysterically. He wanted to run and scream, but he knew he would regret it if he did. He just had to keep telling himself that everything would get better.
