I feel my stomach churn. I already failed my mission? Why the fuck am I so useless?!? I could hardly comprehend my emotions, but they certainly weren't good emotions.
Snapping out of my daze I forcefully shake my head rapidly, 'Focus Takemichi! If I fail one mission then I just have to complete the second mission! I have to sure neither Kazutora nor Baji gets.. killed.'
But... should I call the police? Wouldn't it technically be much too early to report a person as missing? My thoughts are jumbled up in an infinite knot. 'I should focus on the other problem at hand, Mikey!!'
Suddenly, the Valhalla members holding Mikey down were attacked, by.. Kisaki?!?
"The Third Division will personally take care of Mikey's safety!" Just as he announces that, third division members defensively spread out and surrounded Mikey in a type of protection circle.
But Kisaki is taken out by.. Hanma?! I already know that Hanma and Kisaki are secretly comrades, meaning they must be planning something. But what?
I watch as Hanma kicks Kisaki off the garbage, everyone watches his body tumble down, two Valhalla captains hold Mikey down as Hanma grips the pipe in his hand and continuously slams it on Mikey's head.
He repeats this motion again and again as everyone watches on completely silent. Mikey's body is limp the entire time..
I don't know what to do. I weigh my two options, either look for Y/N and most likely not be able to find her, but if I do find her, she'll be able to save Mikey.. or do I attempt to help Mikey and probably fail miserably?
My breathing quickens as tears gather at the corner of my eyes, my body is completely pliant, 'I don't know what to do...
I never do.'
All of a sudden, a blur wizzes by and knocks Hanma and the ones holding Mikey down out cold.
It's.. Y/N?!
'Wait so.. Y/N was fine the entire time..?' My face heats up in embarrassment. I can't believe I assumed Y/N went missing just because she went missing in the future. I made the mistake of turning my head away since I saw Mitsuya giving me the most.. well... judgy.. look.
