Mimi vs. petal vs. drake vs. milly
Milly used vine whip in drake. Petal used razor leaf on Mimi. Drake used hammer arm on Mimi. Mimi used shadow sneak on milly. Soon the winner emerged. "The winner is drake!"
More battles passed each filling the team with more worry that they would be put together. Until finally one was called.
Jasper vs oddish vs. comet vs. debi
Jasper started the match off with a aura sphere. Oddish used sleep powder on comet and comet was asleep. Most of the group teamed on comet while she was asleep but jasper didn't believe in fighting that way so he waited, charging the most powerful aura beam any of them had ever seen or would probably ever see. Once comet was defeated jasper released this attack wiping out the group.

Star vs. jelli vs devi vs. trek
Star was the first to get pushed over and pounded on. Star was the one they thought was weak. Star defended herself with a rock blast and the group was knocked away. After a while of fighting Star and Devi were the only ones left. Both would faint in the next hit but Star tripped and fainted. "Aww..." But before the match could be called devi looked at Star and saw the sadness in her eyes and said. "I forfeit, these young Pokémon have tried their best to get in this program despite their age and I am honored to have a fair fight with one. But I think she deserves to be a explorer much more than I do." "Ok Star do you except this position despite her winning." "Yes!" Star looked very happy and smiled at devi. Cocoa vs. dot vs. pyth vs Pyro
Dot got the first move and used transform to turn into Pyro the flareon. Pyro used flamethrower on pyth. Cocoa tried to hit pyth with a swift but failed. Dot used flamethrower on cocoa. Cocoa was now at the edge of the stage. I won every battle up until now... I can admit a fair defeat... But Cocoa wasn't ready to give up... not after all that she'd been through, Cocoa got up and dragged herself with her front arms into the center of the stage were she saw a light. Cocoa went towards this light that seemed to be calling to her. Cocoa touched it and started glowing her glow was bright in the black sky. Cocoa evolved and now she was flareon.

After a long and tiring battle Cocoa had finally won as she collapsed right after she left the arena.

Frond started the battle of with a sucker punch and angered howl. This battle ended quickly for frond as he triggered howls strength boost. Tulip was avoiding howl in the battle and instead attacking retro. After a long time of attacking retro he fainted and tulip was alone with howl. "I forfeit!" She yelled being quite timid.

Tiny vs. fluffy vs. rose vs. spark
Spark started the match of by using shadow ball. Tiny used quick attack on rose's feet and tripped her. Fluffy used nuzzle on rose. Spark used swift on fluffy. Spark knocked out tiny after a while and was overwhelmed with happiness and evolved into... a umbreon. *gee what's with all this evolving.* Spark used shadow ball on rose. Rose fought back and used razor leaf on spark. Fluffy used nuzzle on rose. Spark used shadow ball on both of them and made them faint.

The whole group went out and scaled the mountain before getting to a burning desert. Spark saw a small dent in the sand. "Hey! Over here!" Spark yelled. The group came over to see that the sand cleared out when touched and was the entrance to a huge cave. The whole group jumped down one by one.
